More of a 4 1/2 star Jimmy John’s. My sandwich was good and staff was friendly. A couple dirty tables, but not something to keep me from coming back.

Incredible rude and short staff. All i asked for was that my giant gargantuan a massive sandwich be cut in half and wrapped like it’s two separate sandwich’s. They tell me that they don’t do that. I say so if I ordered two regulars gargantuans you’d wrap them separately yeah? And then they decide yeah we can do it this time, oh ok man I’m so sorry I’m such an inconvenience to wrap a sandwich as if it was two. Very rude overall. The one that’s where I live (Lisle) is much nicer and accommodating.

These guys are so awesome. I had a catering order with a diff need for every single of 25 subs. They just didnt patiently took the time to get my order nd it was ready promptly for pick up as well.

Just went to this jimmy John's and asked for a number 15 with bacon and a number 9 and two Cokes. Didn't get the bacon and gave me Dr. Pepper instead. Waited to pay for 7 minutes at the window, I had to go in and pay, and they were serving other customers. If you have a customer at the window, serve them first!

Location does not participate in offers that others stores do. Was looking to place an order for my office with the current $10 box promotion, only to find out the only location that will deliver to my address is this one, and they are not participating. The one where i live which is 20 mins east is, but not this one.

Ordered an 18 pack of ⅓ sandwiches online. Picked up with no issues as everything was ready. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Sandwiches were enjoyed by all. Standard sandwich fare. Nothing flashy but good food at a decent price point for catering a group of 16.

Staff didn’t communicate with me when I wanted to get a combo. They charged me for chips and a drink separate. I feel it was really sneaky as a sales practice

Went in and they messed up our order. I ask for no lettuce and extra oil and there was lettuce on my sandwich. I also said I wanted combos for both and we only got one combo. I normally go to Wheaton and have no issue but this location was not a good experience.
