I will never go to this establishment again. They promised to donate sandwiches for an event at WAUBONSIE HS to help with Chromes Disease.
They just called us informing as they cannot do this after we have already spent money on T shirts thanking them for the donation.

The cc machine wasn't working so I went all the way home to get cash and when I get back I order 2 sandwiches and the 50 cent old loaf of bread. Freddy refused to give me the 50 cent loaf on the house for my troubles. Guess I saved money though because I was going to tip at least $2.00.

Explain how does it take an hour to make a delivery when I’m 5 minutes away. Was “freaky fast” a limited time promotion? Also was put on hold for 10 minutes, probably forgot about me. So I hung up and immediately took my order. Manager needs to manage better

I usually don’t have any issues, but today was extremely disappointing. Not only was there an hour wait for my delivery but they gave me the wrong chips (asked for reg they gave me jalapeno, yuck) and my sandwich was awful. Bread tasted stale and although I asked for easy lettuce and tomato, there was no tomato and 2 pieces of lettuce. Very little meat, you’d think I ordered a slim. I really dont like wasting my money. Especially when I pay extra for delivery. I understand they only have one driver, but with all that extra time they had waiting for the driver, they couldve ensured that the orders were right.
