Get better standards about how to send food out. Absolute waste of my money when you put rotten tomatoes on my sandwich.

This location keeps putting mayo on the Vito, which shouldn’t be on it. Even when we ask for no mayo, it’s still added.

I tried to contact this "new" location to inquire about the availability of gluten free bread and or corn tortillas but for some unknown reason they do not list a phone #. It was my hope that i could buy 2 subs for my wife and I. But after the excessive difficulty in trying to contact them and after reading several 1 star reviews, I am have to go back to Jimmy John's, about 100 yards away. I hope the Jeesey Mike's owner has a short term lease as I cannot imagine this is going to be a viable operation.

Walked in to the restaurant, first item I saw was a half loaf a bread on the floor. Do not understand, the restaurant was not busy. They must do no clean up on their down time. Thats a BAD SIGN. Will not go there again. Go to Jersey Mikes right next door. Better sandwiches and service.

I was excited that this Jimmy John's opened so I didn't have to go downtown Naperville anymore to grab a sandwich. It's always a nightmare down there because of parking. But, it looks like I will be going back to the downtown Jimmy John's again. The bread was so stale and old. It had such a weird taste. And Freaky Fast?? Nope. I was in there for 10 minutes with one other customer. How can Jimmy John's get a sandwich wrong??

Just paid $8 for a piece of bread and 2 pieces of turkey. They asked if we want lettuce tomato. We said no, for whatever reason they don’t put any cheese on it either.
