The staff is extremely rude especially the “GM” whose name is Ally. very short and hostile and not willing to help find solutions or answer questions. Being a manager means having proper customer relations and being polite which she doesn’t seem to have either of those skills. if i could give it a 0 i would

Had the best experience here! Ally was awesome and very helpful! The staff is very friendly and the environment was super clean. Definitely recommend coming here for clean food and a great experience with the staff!

I go to this JJ’s multiple times per week so I’m happy to say this is MY Jimmy John’s…been coming here since they opened. You know why I come back? Because I always walk in to see smiling faces and warm greetings. They know my order before I even say a word. To my friends at this JJ’s: you do a great job!

Ally seems to think she can talk to people any which way she wants she has a nasty attitude as soon as I walked in the vibes in there are nasty .. being nasty because my husband pulled up infront of the store … “ u can’t park there it’s for handicap!!! “
Response was” oh sorry I didn’t see an handicap sign so we turn to look NO SIGN NO NOTHING THERE …
THEN SHE SAYS AGAIN “ WELL YOU CANT PARK THERE SO DONT DO IT AGAIN !”

Ok now this were my problem is who does she think she’s talking to DONT DO IT AGAIN !?
I then said I’ll make sure we don’t eat here again with these type of service and your poor attitude
SHE SAY OKAY !! as if she don’t care SMH !!! On that as well …. To me is seems like this is how she acts all the time cause she gets aways with it … if someone wants to pull up in front of the store WE CAN just cause u don’t like it ?? Hmmmm clearly don’t say nooooo parking & it clearly shows no signs or yellow paint on curb …. Smh she needs to tone that attitude down I am old enough to be her mother …. Sad enough we won’t be spending at your location any more u think since your in Naperville we get better OR NICER SERVICE U CAN STILL GET YOUR POINT ACROSS WITH OUT BEING HASTY !!!!! The other girl was adding to the issue as well … that her looking up at me when I ask her name … do they not wear name tags there ? SMH
