Multiple times now, I have ordered the Vito #5 for delivery, and the order shows up missing peppers and or Mayo. The sandwich that was delivered today was again missing the add-ons, and the bread seemed stale - expensive sandwhich to not get what you ordered

Stopped in for lunch and were greated immediately. This place has awesome friendly, fast service. The sandwiches were delicious and staff seemed genuinely happy and energized. Great food and vibes!

The staff is extremely rude especially the “GM” whose name is Ally. very short and hostile and not willing to help find solutions or answer questions. Being a manager means having proper customer relations and being polite which she doesn’t seem to have either of those skills. if i could give it a 0 i would

Had the best experience here! Ally was awesome and very helpful! The staff is very friendly and the environment was super clean. Definitely recommend coming here for clean food and a great experience with the staff!

I go to this JJ’s multiple times per week so I’m happy to say this is MY Jimmy John’s…been coming here since they opened. You know why I come back? Because I always walk in to see smiling faces and warm greetings. They know my order before I even say a word. To my friends at this JJ’s: you do a great job!
