Terrible experience at lazy dog this evening. I usually love it here and love the food and atmosphere. But after tonight I do not think I will be returning. My sister in law, myself, and our two babies (1.5 year old and 8 month old) went to dinner tonight. We had a great dinner. Then when we asked for the check, both of our babies starting to get a little fussy (who both did great the entire dinner) it took about 45 minutes for them to get us our check. Something happened where our check was cashed out already and they couldn’t find our ticket. I simply said to the manager what we had ordered, nothing complicated and it took him, not exaggerating, 45 minutes to get this figured out. Both babies now full blown upset and ready to go. Absolutely ridiculous that it took that long to figure out how to fix our bill. When I said that he was very argumentative with me and said “well I had to figure it out”. And then to not even offer something off of our ticket astounds me. I will not be going back to this lazy dog.

The In home Brew on selection is awesome! The food is absolutely amazing. The energy and vibe is extremely chill. Pet friendly, dogs are welcome.. And a very friendly environment. I would most definitely recommend this location to others.

When I receive the right order, the food is amazing, which is the ONLY reason I have ordered from here on multiple occasions. But this will officially be the last time as this was at least the fifth time that I received the wrong wings. Good job BOH, but whoever is packing these orders/managing FOH, get it together. Because of YOU, you lost a loyal customer who does enjoy the food but has become way too frustrated with the unreliability.

FANTASTIC 😍 Thank you all so much! We don't always get to include my in-laws new puppy for activities, but today was all about her! It was my in-laws and their doggo's first time here, and they loved it! Great food, our server was very nice, and the little one got to enjoy her very own menu selections! She even made a friend! We're coming back and will be making it a regular gathering- we all had that good of a time :) THANK YOU!!

Best boneless wings in naperville. All white meat, perfectly cooked. Great sauces. Best in Naperville by far. This is our new go to place. Kids and adults all loved the boneless wings! You must try this place!

Great food, great drinks and best of all great service. I enjoyed my huckleberry ipa along with our brussel sprout appetizer and the pot roast sandwich. Maria provided us with a great experience, even on a packed Saturday evening. We enjoy the TV dinners as well, and grabbed a few of those to go. We will definitely be back! We qlso appreciate the additional support from the bar staff - Claire and Desi. Looking forward to our next visit!

Don’t order from here. The food was not good to begin with. Ordered the 20 count wings. I got food poisoning was throwing up all night and day. 8 times

I don't care how good or bad the food is. We ordered a 20 piece boneless wings. 1 of the garlic parmesan wings was cut in half to make the count. I will never order from here and make sure to let everyone know not to order from here. What a joke of a restaurant.

Just ordered on Uber Eats and the wings are amazing!! The bone in wings were crisp, fresh and perfectly sauced, and the boneless wings were the same with nice beast meat chunks... So good! They're not over priced like many other places. Definitely ordering again!!

My wings did not have any sauce on them, and the onion rings were burnt and tasted like they were fried in dirty oil. Paid way too much for awful food
