Dear KFC Team,
I recently visited your Naperville outlet on 11 Feb 2025 and was disappointed with the quality of the chicken I received. I ordered a 8 pc bucket. The chicken was excessively oily ,greasy and lacked the signature crispiness that KFC is known for. It was quite soggy, which made for an unpleasant dining experience.
I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that quality control can be improved. I appreciate KFC’s usual standards and would love to see better consistency in the future.

Very disappointed in service and food. Only had 2 workers working, my food was sloppy and Luke warm and found hair in food.the lady who prepared food wasn't wearing a hairnet or nothing. Garbages were overflowing. Black guy with dreads was more worried about talking and texting on his cellphone than taking my order. Really rude and unprofessional. Will never come back to this location. Highly don't recommend coming here u will be disappointed. They need better management.

This store has always been terrible with orders. They accept online orders of food but then when you go to the store, they don’t have chicken. I tell you a simple principle, DO NOT ACCEPT ONLINE ORDERS Of CERTAIN ITEMS ON YOUR MENU IF YOU ARE OUT OF FOOD! You are misleading your customers and then basically borrowing their money for 72 hours coz now we all have to wait for 72 hours for refund.
Imagine if a family spend their last dollars to provide food at the table and then you tell them wait for 72 hours to wait for refund? You think their family could wait 72 hours to eat?
