It must be KFC training, but they are typically the slowest and least competent of any fast food restaurant. Be sure to ALWAYS check your order. Not just this location, but most KFC's. The Colonel must be disappointed in his grave.

This location and it's leadership team are great! And the KFC chicken is very tasty too!I have had a multi-month issue with KFC CORPORATE that they cannot seem to fix. It has to do with their very poor ordering app. However the local store management team has been outstanding and worked to resolve things on their end. I want to sincerely thank Meghan, Tiffany and Rosie at the store. They made a very bad experience GOOD! Thank you!As far as KFC CORPORATE goes... STILL WAITING...
