We are long-time diners at Kiku Japanese Steakhouse. It has been the choice for special dinners for our entire family. ll our children have asked for Kiku for their special occasions. And we still make it our birthday and anniversary spot nine times out of ten. It is certainly not inexpensive, but the food is exquisite. The food was good tasting but the chef was very slow to prepare all the dishes. We have been to this restaurant and never had a chef that was as slow and seemed to not serve the food in a timely fashion. We have had chefs that prepared the food all together so it could be served in a timely manor but this chef seemed to only be able to prepare 1 dish at a time. Best Japanese restaurant around! The food is excellent, a little pricey but what Japanese restaurant isn't, the atmosphere is quiet, people are friendly super clean and great service.
