I was visiting Illinois for the weekend and stopped by Kilwins for a sweet treat. The nicest worker, Kate, helped me out and gave me the best service i have seen in years! I highly recommend this shop to everyone!
It is currently 9:10 and the kids working inside have closed the shop early. They were extremely rude and told me I should’ve called and told them I was coming. TERRIBLE customer service.
Omg the double peanut butter pie ice cream is to die for
So overpriced. My partner and I were pretty shocked when our total came to $21 for 2 cones. The ice cream is also sickly, artificially sweet which made it hard for us to eat. I get it, it’s ice cream, but way too sweet and fake tasting compared to other stores

I went with vanilla and chocolate and it was fantastic; regular size is more than enough.
This is one of my favorite stops while walking around Naperville. They have some of the most delicious ice cream with lots of flavors, toppings, and even different cones to choose from.
On top of that, the shop offers an incredible variety of sweets. It’s perfect for quickly putting together a fun dessert table for any celebration without needing to order in advance.
Overall, it’s an amazing spot — definitely worth visiting and trying their different types of ice cream!

Overpriced and funky tasting. Everything here has a chemical taste and is extremely overpriced. Every visit to Kilwins has been consistently bad regardless of location. Not even the small chocolate creams taste normal. The ice cream is a chemical nightmare.

Sean did an amazing job helping out our large group today. We had over 12 people in our group that arrived right at 11am and he help every single one of us with a smile on his face. Please let him know what a wonderful job he did!
Sean helped our camp group when we came in. Imagine 12 campers coming in all wanting different flavors and toppings....Sean has a smile on the entire time and was so patient with our kiddos! He was efficient and kind, and everyone got what they wanted. He made the experience so smooth, even though he wasn't expecting to serve us all by himself. He is the definition of service with a smile!
The apple pie caramel apple is phenomenal! I go back just to get to be them!!.
