The ice cream here is so creamy and smooth. They have the typical options and a few unique ones. Very normal options like a cup, cone or waffle cone/bowl - even a waffle stick that looks fun for kids. Very small inside and no seating. Plenty of benches to sit and enjoy outside on the sidewalks. There's lots of chocolate covered snacks and enormous caramel apples in lots of flavor options. Service was fine, nothing over the top or stood out. We got what we ordered and all was good.

30 bucks for 4 small scoops of ice cream seems to be a bit much… even for downtown

Now that Fanny May has gone kaput in terms of taste and quality, in steps Kilwins. I’ve been to them in Mass., Wisconsin and Illinois and you get variations on how nice the store can be but consistency in taste and appearance are always there. Fantastic toffee, caramels and fudge. Also the Heavenly Hash will make you a regular! Really satisfying turtles with really fresh pecans almost make you rationalize “at least I’m getting a little protein when you skip a meal and have one instead lol. I actually haven’t tried the ice cream yet. The Arlington Heights, Illinois store is my regular and when I’m nearby I must stop by!

Staple icecream spot in downtown Naperville! The flavors are always super tasty and they give pretty big portions. The staff is always super nice, but I will say it's on the pricey side. Definitely a must-buy if you wanna treat yourself

We had sea salt and mint chocolate Icecreams here. They were okey because they were extra sweet. But people with sweet tooth will love here also allergic to eggs. They had lots of options without egg IcecreamsI was curious about apple dipped in caramel n two more items like this.

Extremely friendly staff! They made sure to answer any questions I had to the best of their abilities. Good vibes all around. I recommend the toasted coconut and cappuccino chocolate chip

Quality/Quantity - Toffee Apple - The apple did NOT taste as fresh and crisp as it should have been. The skin was soggy, it was a struggle eating. The rest of the apple was okay, but we could have more toffee.Other options are: "hand paddled Mackinac Island Fudge, Hand-Crafted Chocolates and 28 flavors of our Original Recipe Ice Cream."Atmosphere - Small format business. Good location for the traffic on a main street.Service - Okay.Price - $11, expensive especially for a not so fresh apple.Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1947 with 160+ (franchise) locations.

Make sure not to make candy while using the cash register... it's dirty!!! Ice cream was fine but seeing that makes me second guess
Had the best ice cream and the best experience thanks to Julia who helped my nephew and I pick out a great combination. She was very knowledgeable and sweet and I would give more stars if I could! Will definitely be back

I was so excited when I found out that there is a Kilwins in downtown Naperville. I went to the location in Lake Geneva and fell in love with the sea salt Carmel fudge. I went to day got my fudge and some other items. I got home cut into my fudge that I have been craving and it was hard! I am so upset as it isn’t cheap.
