Attended a Mardi Gras tasting event. 11 different New Orleans small plates. Everything was AMAZING! So FLAVORFUL! My favorites were the shrimp and grits, gumbo, and bbq brisket/greens/cornbread sliders!! Chef Terrell has got it going on! I wish Chef and King's Café the best of luck in the future!
