Did some wfh there yesterday and witnessed tons of food safety violations felt like i had to share. Dogs in cafe, milk left out, people grabbing pastries with hand. short blonde girl was managing and she was very short with people of color but friendly with white people and witnessed same treatment with her staff i feel bad for them. Poorly run, feels like all management there is incompetent. Sucks because it is a great place with friendly staff. Also, waaayyyy to expensive for the quality of items. Very strange.

Stopped here for the first time. Several really good options. Reasonable prices. I had a fantastic croissant topped with spinach and something else, but I don't know what. It was absolutely Heavenly. Pleasant and helpful staff.
Very busy when I went but that did not impact the quality, the team was kind and amazing under pressure. Try the orange drink!

Arista Coffee has become a great local option for me when it comes to coffee and quick breakfast bites. Their drinks are great and staff is very friendly. I ordered a matcha iced latte which was so good and a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. I recommend them.

My order was deleted from someone and we waited for 20 minutes to get 2 coffees.

Visited this location many times cause Lavazza if one of my favorite coffee brans, however each time the service has been subpar. The cashiers are never attentive even though the cafe was never busy during the times I visited. There is no consistency between getting your coffee in a paper cup vs ceramic mugs while you’re dining in, which doesn’t seem environmentally friendly.

Good coffee, high prices, and terrible service. I dined in and was served in a paper cup before asking for a real.mug. waited for several.minutes to order so employees could finish talking together and playing on phones.

I just paid $8 for a croissant and they also asked for a tip on top of it when checking out . Cmon man - way over priced. Update - Fienes Bakery supplies the baked goods for this place. Fienes charges $4.95 for the same croissant. Ur better off going to Fienes Bakery which is just 2 -3
miles away.
Drinks are just okay, usually too sugary or bland. The atmosphere is pristine & immaculate just like the photos, a bit too cold/uncozy for a coffeeshop. The staff seems to be more general cafe employees than true baristas, but they're nice & the service was fast.

The coffee is excellent! Baked goods need improving and are totally overpriced. Would love to see Italian goodies on the menu to complement the beverages. Location sucks, hopefully they will consider other locations, like downtown Naperville.

The drinks are good and I would give it a 5 out of 5 based just on that. The food is ok and over priced. The service can be better, twice I've had a mistake with my order and the staff taking the order don't know the drink and food menu well to answer questions about items. The ambiance is really nice.

Quick to go order. The ham and swiss were a nice size. And the Capp was good.
