The coffee was good. Place clean and nice location. However, the super loud techno music bothered me a lot. Also, the pricing is inaccurate. The price table stated $4.5 for latte, and I was charged almost $6! When I asked why there was a difference, I got the answer that maybe the prices went up. I felt cheated. The receipt I got doesn't even state what I was charged for...
Location is nice, quiet, clean and family friendly. I have been coming here before the name change from Lavazza to Arista. While the food etc is great (no so much the warm items; several times food items have been cold/room temp as if they were laying out in the back where the warmers are located) the service keeps declining. From being not fully staffed at some points, the drink recipe consistency isn’t there. Some weekends items will be available and others they are not because...

Arista Coffee & Cafe is a pleasant surprise in a really nice area. The cafe itself feels a bit on the sterile side, but it’s very clean and definitely more impressive than what you’d expect from a typical hotel coffee shop.
I ordered a cortado, and it was rich, smooth, and perfectly presented—really well done. I’ll be back soon, especially to try the gelato with the kids.
