This place deserves NO STARS! I placed an online order an hour ago and am still waiting for my food to be done! The lack of customer service and attentiveness is ridiculous! I have been here 30 minutes past the expected ready time! It’s actually ridiculous! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!

Love little caesars pretzel crust pizza. Great location only problem is it can be extremely busy and understaffed leaving long waits and disorganized process handing out cold pizza and wrong orders but it happens. Just glad it's open.

Ordered pizza last night and we all have food poisoning today. I’m 37 weeks pregnant, too. Not cool! Makes sense after reading other reviews here about undercooked food, workers using bare hands, no hair nets and texting at and sitting on prep areas. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve worked in the food service and have had to get food handlers certificate. Sounds like all violations were made here and the health department needs to be contacted. Unacceptable.

Multiple terrible experiences at this location. Was told there were hot and ready pizzas ready to go before I paid and “it’ll be about 10 minutes” after the transaction goes through… 20 minutes waiting, I left without my pizza. Many other frustrated patrons with online orders not fulfilled even though they were sent a message saying that they were ready for pickup. Some even being told that their orders would not be fulfilled at all. Will NEVER return to this location.

They had two people working on Super Bowl Sunday. They are over an hour behind on orders. You are unable to speak to anyone to see when your order might be done. They keep missing items on peoples orders. The employees here are super unprofessional. An employee was swearing at a customer.

This one facility is being terribly managed, there's zero regard for customer's time and customer service is null.Was there last night, ordered online for 7pm pickup with one hour of notice, arrived at 7:10pm so as to give them a little extra time to have it ready as it had already happened to me once at this location where order wasn't ready and had to wait 30 minutes, anyways, last night was told it wasn't ready again and to wait 10-15 minutes, that turned into more than 30 minutes and I had to call them to the front as they seem to be hiding in the back doing who knows what while everyone's waiting in the front. Asked for a status of my order and this young lady had no idea what's going on and clearly does not care by the face she made when I asked.I paid for the extra pepperoni pizza and got them "regular" I doubt those were for me or if they're even paying attention to the orders when making them.I rarely write bad reviews but this one time I just had to as this is the 2nd time this happens in a row at this location.Never coming back here.

I went inside and I tried to change my pizza and they said they couldn’t because it’s was already in the oven…. I understand I order cheese but like 30 second later I went in and asked kindly if she could change it but that was excuse. I was trying to get her attention but she also yelled at me to back up as if I was behind the counter. Worst of all the pizza wasn’t even hot and ready. Never am I ever coming here again!!
