We went for a lunch with the family. All was good but the service was slow and they did not mentioned that it takes 45 min for a thin crust pizza.

This place is stupid expensive! I was at a friend’s house for TNF and we ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings and 2 20 oz bottles of soda and it was $50! The “large” pizza wasn’t that big either, looked like a medium size. There was only 3 of us. We finished the pizza and we were all still hungry. The pizza is ok, def not in my top 10. I won’t be going back and my friend lost all respect on picking a pizza for the group when we are together.

There are many better options than Lou Malnati’s that won’t break the bank. No idea why people spend that kind of money for a sub par pizza.

Try Paisano’s pizza and you will switch 100%. We get a large pizza with 2 toppings, a small pizza with 4 toppings and 2 bottles of soda for $33, leftovers for a couple days. The pizza at Paisano’s is way better too.

Deep Dish is a must-try when in Chicago! This is one of the restaurant that specializes in deep-dish pizza. Their deep fish is flavorful, and perfectly baked with that famous buttery crust. The portions are generous, the ingredients taste fresh, and it truly lives up to the Chicago pizza reputation. If you want an authentic local experience, this spot should be at your list.

Lou's on 95th street is as close to perfection in pizza carryout as anybody can get. I've been ordering from this location for years... they always get the order right and always within a minute or two of the estimated time. The staff are always friendly, efficient, and helpful. I'd not tried the buffalo chicken pizza before... it was outstanding!

Marissa went out of her way to help me recover missing reward points and stayed patient and helpful the whole time. She even shared how meeting one of the owners, Marc, inspired her to thrive in the company — you can tell she cares.
She’s been transferred to another location, but John is still here and continues to be super helpful and on point. Appreciate both of them!.....oh yeah the Food is good too!

Before COVID Lou's used to have arguably the best Chicago Pizza. However their quality continues to deteriorate and I would rather have a $5 Wal-Mart pizza. Lou's butter crust somehow went from unbelievably good to unbelievably bad. What happened to your butter crust? It's complete garbage at this point. Huge changes have been made to the recipe. This isn't limited the crust, it extends to the changes in their cheese and sauce as well. The pizza is now practically flavorless. I can honestly say that the best item on their menu at this point is their Malnati Salad, but who goes here for the salad? Go to Casey's gas station for pizza before you go here.
