Our group eats here every time we flew into Chicago, not sure which location because I'm not driving from/to airport or paying attention, every time we come through. I daydream about this pizza for weeks after. We have nothing like it where we lived in NC. Now in FL, still nothing compares there either. We desperately need you in Lakeland and Plant City!!!!

Another wonderful Lou's experience. We make it a point to visit a Lou's every time we come into town.

Was so looking forward to a classic Lou's pizza tonight. Went to pick it up because didn't want to wait for delivery. Got home and it looks like somebody dropped pizza. It's not even fully cooked. I'm so disappointed. Ruined my night.

Pizza would be a 6.3 on the OneBite scale for sure. Very crispy edge on the thin crust. I would have it well done next time for a little more of a toasty top. But the star of the meal was the mikes hot honey wings. Those little flappers of fury were straight fire. Crispy, crunchy, hot, and spicy. The Gorgonzola isn’t too overpowering either. Great balance. I would go here just for the wings along.

Original pizza be careful the pizza preparation time is 40 min so don't be in a hurry....On the other hand, the waiter is very nice but anyone who greets you with melted cheese on the chin is very average!

Great malnatis salad. Worker suggested to dine in at the original location next time as it's a good experience.

Best damn pizza in the world. Perfectly crispy crust. The sauce? I heard it’s made from tomatoes serenaded daily by angels. The mozzarella--So fresh, it must have been a cloud in its past life, and the basil? Each leaf picked under the light of a full moon. This pizza comes loaded with the richest, tangiest tomato sauce east of the Mississippi, and a three-cheese blend so gooey, it stretches into next week! I thought it was all hype, but after one bite, I saw my ancestors. They said, 'You’ve found it—the pinnacle of pizza perfection!

Don't get the "wings". They were tough to pierce with a fork
I am so impressed with the management team at this location. They know true customer service. Greg handled my problem with such professionalism. I had tried to use my points for an order and it did not work. I mentioned this in a survey, the next day I got a call from John. When I finally got the opportunity to call back. Greg, the manager took care of it and was so nice. Our favorite Pizza but now our favorite management team
