Carol was outstanding! She handled our party of 14 with total ease. She checked back at the perfect times for refills and more pizza, and her friendly personality made her feel like part of our group — she fit right in at our table.
She stayed on top of salads and timed everything perfectly before the pizzas came out. I would absolutely request her as our server the next time we visit. She carefully packed all the leftovers so several people could take some home, and she closed everything out with a warm smile and sincere thanks for coming.
Honestly, it was her who deserved the thanks. Outstanding job!

Lianna, our service was polite, attentive, and had great personality. 5 stars for Lianna and LouMals in Naperville. Happy hour evr Thursday is 3-5pm is fantastic.
