10/10 experience for having a wedding reception at Maggianos. Every one of the staff, managers, and coordinators were super attentive and accommodating. Our guests absolutely loved the food and atmosphere. It fit the vision for our reception perfectly. Would recommend them to anyone looking to hold an event.

My son's choice for Sunday dinner. It was a great meal. Can never go wrong with Maggiano's. It was a very busy day with many banquet events so service was a bit slow but the food was brought out quick and delicious.

Broken down is how I would describe the whole experience, starting with the booth we sat at. The seats were way past time to be replaced. Our waiter was distracted when he did show up to the table. Our table of 6 was served 4 meals then 15 minutes later we were delivered the last two. The food temperature was warm but not hot…except for my husband’s which came in the second round. His must have sat under the heat lamp for the 15 minutes. All around, 4 out 6 meals were this side of reheated awful. My chicken Parmesan was a deep fried mess with no flavor. The sausage with vodka sauce was flavorless, sausageless and sauce less. The crabmeat stuffed fish had a giant slab of inedible fish skin. A slimy mess. The one good thing, the tiramisu was delicious. It’s sad, this restaurant is minutes from my house. It was iffy the last time we went but out of town guests wanted to go.

Absolutely amazing!! We had a wedding rehearsal dinner there and the only thing better than the food was the staff. Maurice was outstanding and the entire staff went above and beyond!! Great food, the pasta was awesome and the dessert was even better!!

Went here for my birthday. Service was good and the food was excellent. The fried calamari melted in your mouth.
My dirty martini wasn't dirty and the waitress corrected it without issue. Their new menu layout is improved.

Some of your servers need a reality check
Prices no longer match food quality. No longer makes special occasions feel special. Been going here for the majority of our marriage anniversaries (Married 29 years) however, this was probably our last special occasion there. May or may not go back in the future.

Not gluten-free friendly. It was tough being gluten-free and waiting while everyone else was eating at the event and sitting there with no food to eat trying to wait for gluten-free pasta then gave up, left the event to go to Uncle Julio's for tacos. Thank God for Uncle Julio's being nearby!

My experience started off pleasant. The food was good and hot. It was a great recommendation. My server America was professional and attentive, in the beginning. My problem occurred near the end of my meal. I asked for my food to go. America shared that it was normal to take food to go because of the quantity and instead of America taking my food and packing it up, she place the togo container on the table for me to pack. I inquired about the process to see if anything changed. Eric (server) informed me that packing food ceased after Covid. Shortly afterwards, America took the customer's food from the table next to me to the back. She packed it up and brought it back to the customer. Eric had done the samething to the group in the corner on the right side of me. Leaving me dumping food in the bowl myself. I wasn't pleased. Once I left, I realized that America didn't give me card back. I went back in and waited about 5 to 10 min before they addressed me. Eric continued to pleasant and was able to provide me my card. I felt ashamed and out of place as a paying customer. I tipped America 20% before I realized I was not treated the same as the other customers. May I add, I was the only Black customer there and it appeared to ne biased

3/5 stars INTERIM. this is a restaurant that has long gotten 4.5 to 5/5 stars and formerly one of my all-time favorites but it’s just not the same. The portions seem scaled back. The food lacks some of the finesse that it used to have. And worst of all what in the heck is up with that bread? I was told they’re trying it out to see what guests like better. what serious guest is going to say they like a literal store-bought bun (not even store-bought Italian bread ) that has some oil and garlic spread on it better than the homemade Maggiano’s ciabatta rolls? Make Maggiano’s great again and bring back the original bread now!! it was seriously a downgrade from heavily processed not even made fresh Olive Garden breadsticks.
