The service was friendly and efficient, but we noted some disappointing changes from our last visit months ago. Portions were significantly smaller for the same price, meaning no leftovers (which always added value). We opted out of alcohol, as even non-premium wine was cost-prohibitive. The complimentary focaccia, olive oil, and Parmesan that were previously served were replaced by Texas Roadhouse-style rolls topped with sea salt. The Wagyu meatball seemed like a fancy option, but the texture and taste weren't as outstanding as hoped. While the desserts were yummy, the coffee—which I previously found delicious—was only average this visit.

Elana is a wonderful server!! Remembers us, is pleasant and attentive. Great food. A little noisy if older and have slight hearing issues. We were close to long tables so maybe we ask for a smaller dining area next time.

The evening was great, my brother really enjoyed his birthday. Our waitress America did a fine job. Food was good, wine was good but expensive. Looking forward to our next visit

Great experience and generous serving sizes. Great food as always. Missing the buy one take one home deal!

The food was very good like always. Went for a business lunch and the service was really poor. The waiter didn't bring any bread or olive oil with grated cheese like normal. We got our salads and a minute later got our entrees.. Asked for a drink refill but never got it. Probably wouldn't go back for awhile and definitely not for a business lunch if I'm trying to impress a client.

Really nice experience. A bit pricey for this cuisine but great service and delicious food so very much worth it.

The hostess was completely and unnecessarily rude, waving her hand in my face because I mistakenly made a reservation for 2 instead of the 4 I needed. She chose to chastise me and remind me no less than 5 times that if I'd done that on a Saturday night, they couldn't have seated me. Well, it was Tuesday and the place was barely half full. Completely rude, and if I ever go back and she is the hostess, I'll take my money elsewhere. The stuffed shells were garbage; sitting in a puddle of sauce, barely edible. Not worth the $200 at all. On top of that, they keep changing their menu, so you don't know what's available until you're already seated. Used to love this place, now it's a dumpster fire.

Wonderful dinner food and service was great. We were celebrating our daughter's engagement. They made the celebration extra special with a champagne toast and sweet treat. Well done!

Saturday noon reservations seated immediately. Wonderful service from our server Olga. Good food, excellent dining experience.

I was very disappointed. They changed the sauce on the rigatoni D. It was nothing like the original flavor.

My girlfriend found a 2 inch shard of glass in her drink and she caught it in her teeth. I also found which looked to be a bug in my mashed potatoes. Been coming here for over a decade and the quality is completely different. Will not be returning here.

10/10 experience for having a wedding reception at Maggianos. Every one of the staff, managers, and coordinators were super attentive and accommodating. Our guests absolutely loved the food and atmosphere. It fit the vision for our reception perfectly. Would recommend them to anyone looking to hold an event.

My son's choice for Sunday dinner. It was a great meal. Can never go wrong with Maggiano's. It was a very busy day with many banquet events so service was a bit slow but the food was brought out quick and delicious.

Broken down is how I would describe the whole experience, starting with the booth we sat at. The seats were way past time to be replaced. Our waiter was distracted when he did show up to the table. Our table of 6 was served 4 meals then 15 minutes later we were delivered the last two. The food temperature was warm but not hot…except for my husband’s which came in the second round. His must have sat under the heat lamp for the 15 minutes. All around, 4 out 6 meals were this side of reheated awful. My chicken Parmesan was a deep fried mess with no flavor. The sausage with vodka sauce was flavorless, sausageless and sauce less. The crabmeat stuffed fish had a giant slab of inedible fish skin. A slimy mess. The one good thing, the tiramisu was delicious. It’s sad, this restaurant is minutes from my house. It was iffy the last time we went but out of town guests wanted to go.
