We’ve been ordering from McAllisters since they opened near Heinens in our neighborhood too many times we get the wrong food Or something is omitted from our order we tolerated a few times it’s a new location now I’m calling asking for credit back especially since they’re not busy when we order. Otherwise happy to finally have decent food close to home

I ordered ahead and went to the drive-thru pick up window. Food somebody expensive but very good. However I ordered a large diet Coke and they filled the glass all the way to the top with ice and put Coke in so I barely got any Coke. Soda and all restaurants is the most profitable lowest cost item they have so not to give out any soda and just to hand out a bunch of ice is ridiculous

Very Very Disappointed in the Chicken Salad Sandwich and the King Club the chicken salad sandwich hardly had and chicken on the sandwich had way to much lettuce /spinach. The King Club had way to much lettuce and spinach and hardly enough meat. The Iced tea i ordered Was supposed to be half sweet and half unsweet boy what got would give you a cavity and sugar high.

I so would like to give them a good review, but 25 minutes for a sandwich/salad combo... my husband's food came out timely, but mine, he had to go ask for.. they forgot the dressing, no forks, and they seem very overwhelmed. Pretty crowded, so I want to give a little leeway, but this is a bit ridiculous.

I personally have yet to try the sandwiches, but the soups are phenomenal. The service is always amazing. I came in recently and have a broken foot and it started pouring. Jordan and Kelly were working and brought me a garbage bag so I wouldn't get my boot wet and assisted me outside with the doors. Jasmine is also a fantastic hostess. The only recommendation I would make is to make the bowls of soup a little bigger because they are so tasty.

The food was delicious and the emoyees did an excellent job especially since this location just opened. They were crowded but I still got my food quickly. The only thing I wish was different is how the menu is hung. It is hung on an angel at about 45 degrees. So it is very difficult to read. Maybe have some laminated menus available to look at while you are in line. If laminated, they could definitely reused.
