We had a great experience here for lunch! The woman who took our order was so kind, and even threw in a free drink for one of my kids. The service was quick. The food was delicious. And we were checked on a few times by a man who worked there and he was so friendly and kind! We’ll be back :)

Poor customer service upon food having mold they refused to make right. I know the difference between blue cheese and actual moldy blue cheese. Two very different tastes. I wouldn’t trouble with it if it wasn’t so. 2nd bad experience with them. Won’t be back.

The uber eats app doesn’t make me pay for sour cream or butter for the veggie potato..,. But when I went in today the woman who works there all the time (must be the owner or manager) told me I have to pay 70 cents for a spoonful of sour cream…. So cheap call her Mrs Shiesty because the app doesn’t charge me at all and I am a customer who orders every day actually…. Will pick another deli even though the potatoes are good any restaurant I’ve been to in my entire life gives free sour cream and butter…. It’s like ordering fries and getting charged for ketchup…

I'd like to know how can the Chicago location get numerous reviews on the same day prior to opening? Hmmm..sounds suspect. Also, I was charged more than $2 Xtra for chicken on a salad, only to have them shred up deli chicken (very, very little) & call it chicken strips.

I went to McAllister‘s in Naperville today to try to get an iced tea because I love their flavor. I had to wait more than five minutes and never ended up getting my tea because the five people behind the counter were all chatting. Very disappointing.
