We were recently in Naperville and stopped for lunch at McAllister’s Deli , 2911 95th, Naperville, IL. We have eaten at other McAllister’s deli’s but never had I encountered such a hard working Manager. His name was Demetrio, he rushed around making sure all tables were cleaned, checked with families to make sure they weren’t in need of anything, not to mention grabbing completed orders and delivering them to tables. His smile outshined and lifted the spirit of everyone. Life would be wonderful if we could clone Demetrio in every restaurant. McAllister’s, you truly have a gem at this location. Can’t wait to go back.

This was my first time ever trying this place which came highly recommended. The lady at the register was nice. My order was completely wrong, for the price I was pretty disappointed however they were going to replace it the next day. My bf was eating the sandwich and found a LIVE MOVING WORM inside the sandwich. This has never happened to me, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Management was poor, did not respond to phone calls, In fact I am still waiting to hear back and this happened on Saturday 11/16 it is Wednesday 11/20. I’m truly disgusted. The only thing I’m grateful for is that my sandwich was wrong because I could have ate that- I am pregnant and could have gotten very sick. Disappointed no one has called and that a refund is still not process. I do not recommend.

The French duo with au jus was surprisingly better than I thought. I walked in expecting a Panera like experience and was pleasantly surprised to a tastier and fresher experience. The lemonade was just right as well, not too sour or sweet.

One of the best sandwich places. Oh and huge potato meals. My One potato (Spud) was so big I split it into 2 different meals. Service was great. The young men were very sweet and kind.

I loveee this place.. I’m vegetarian and they have many options for me! I always get their garden salad and it is always SO fresh. The lettuce is always perfect I’ve never even seen a slightly brown leaf.. i love their Mac and cheese and veggie chili also!

Love McAllisters, but lately the food has declined! Ordered the big baked potato and chicken wrap….very disappointed!
Food was good but service was slow at dinner time. Not the staffs fault at all, but they just seemed understaffed. I could see my to go order on the back counter but had to wait awhile for someone to grab it. Will try again soon!

When my Uncle described McAlister's Deli as "Panera on Steroids" I wasn't sure what to expect. Their Naperville location did not disappoint. I got a club sandwich that was far beyond expectations of quality and size. Pair that with the affordable price and you can guarantee I will be back soon. I've been coming to McAlister's Deli for many years now and still to this day this location is extremely consistent with food quality and size.

Amazing food and service. We have the pleasure to meet Mr Dimitrio who went above and beyond to make a good service. He was always with a smile and asking if everything was good while doing his cleaning and food job. The food was great, we got the Italian sandwich which was tasty and juicy, also the Mcalister sandwich which was good. The Mac and cheese is soft but tasty. My favorite drink was the wildberry lemonade.
But a big shout out to Mr Dimitrio, make the visit a pleasure.

When you walk in this place, it will remind you of Panera Bread. The difference: the food is better quality and the service here is a step above. Not that Panera bread is not good, but McAllister‘s deli is better in my opinion even though this is a chain store as well.
Also, you get tableservice so they will serve you at the table and pick up after you so I hope you’ll tip at the register because they definitely earn it ?
We ordered the following: Southwest chicken salad with avocado Spicy Southwest chicken sandwich Lemonade tea
Everything was great and I would definitely go and order the same things again. One thing we did not get which is their specialty is baked potato. We definitely want to try that if you go.
Lemonade tea or sweet tea are both a must try specially on a hot day.
This place is definitely worth a try ?
Parking: This location has plenty of parking and it’s right by a strip mall so that should not be a problem.
