I ordered a large caramel macchiato on the mobile app. When I went to pick it up they had me wait 10 minutes while they made it. When they gave it to me I noticed it was only a 3/4 full and it looked like there had been no coffee added. I went around and asked him if they could fill the cup and they said they could add more ice? I told him I didn't want more ice and they added more creamer?
