I ordered a large caramel macchiato on the mobile app. When I went to pick it up they had me wait 10 minutes while they made it. When they gave it to me I noticed it was only a 3/4 full and it looked like there had been no coffee added. I went around and asked him if they could fill the cup and they said they could add more ice? I told him I didn't want more ice and they added more creamer? I took a sip at the drive-thru window and it tasted like cream with sugar. They asked if I could wait while they made another one but I was not trying to spend 30 minutes waiting for one drink

Got food in the drive thru, a cheeseburger and a large coke, they made me park in spot 2 for 10 minutes for a single cheeseburger. Needless to say if you're in a hurry I don't recommend this location. Saturday December 7th 2024.

Went through the drive thru tonight, got a 10 piece meal and a mcrib sandwich ordered the sandwich with no pickles, no onions, add cheese. I confirmed at the window that the sandwich was no pickles, no onions, add cheese. When I got home the sandwich had both pickles and onions and no cheese which I paid extra for. I was not given a receipt and my attempts to get someone on the phone were unsuccessful, the phone just rings for a long time and then disconnects.
