These people that work here combined with the DoorDash delivery is a perfect recipe to pay for the order $57, wait two and a half hours and then be informed to place the order again... super, super sad how these people operate... it's a mighty McDonald's, dude! There has to a better way to educate staff about the guest experience.

I went through the drive through to order my meal. The person taking my order spoke broken english and could not understand my simple order of a bacon quarter pounder with cheese and a crispy mcchicken and after i had gotten my order i had noticed an compleatly different order to mineOverall poor service

The service was HORRIBLE! I placed a mobile order and read it at the speaker the employee did not speak english. I tried correcting her and she said she got what we said and when we pulled up to the window٫ and gave us the wrong order. When we told them it was not the right order٫they yelled at us instead of apologizing and acted like it was our fault even though they were the ones who got it wrong. Never again will I go here.

Only take orders from one drive thru lane but will keep them both open. Just waiting for five minutes without having my order taken but the other lane kept moving

Most times when using the drive thru I'm told to wait in a designated space and my order will be delivered . I wait there and watch 10 cars served before I go in to check on my order. It's usually sitting there until someone remembers to deliver it. By this time my order is cold. This McDonalds had been one of the best I've ever been to but sadly no more!

Very bad service!For the past few months, during my lunch break, I go to this McDonald's because it's the closest to my workplace, and every time they find some way to disappoint me. If the McDonald's app code appears not to work even though the app says it was successfully redeemed,ruin my order, give me the wrong drinks, forgetTo put sauces or some orders are missing on my receipt, I would not recommend going to this place.
