Today is the last time I go here which is unfortunate because I live just a few minutes away. The morning team is always rude. Customer Service is lacking big time they never take accountability for always messing up your order. Coffee has been luke warm and If you ask for something you get dirty looks with attitude they rush you out of the drive thru and it's never their fault. I was a loyal customer I would start my day here but no more bad mornings for me I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere !

They've been good with most. Foods as expected, morning drive thru has been good over the years. What made me write a review is I have never been able to get a frappe from this location. And I have tried multiple times at different times of the day. I have always been told it is down or its cleaning. But its been months so I got concerned.

Address 75th and naper Blvd in market place plaza went for Breakfast had a bad experience ,terrible service employee was rude. my food because I didn't order on kias my food eggs look like they clean the floors then gave it to me evil. gave me a biscuit that was left over old look dirty. These employees not good to eat there they tamper with your food when they don't like you now they should have to be careful where you eat. Employee tried to give me money for a coffee that I didn't even pay for, I paid for one coffee and I told them is this my order cause this got 2 coffees I only order 1 coffee and already they were ready to give me money out of the register ,when I only purchased 1 coffee. Why would you want to give me a refund on a coffee that I didn't purchase? I had to bring it up to them to tell them. I don't want no money that don't belong to me. I'm just asking a question, is this my order? The bag was greasy. It looked like it was an old bag that they had of something that they threw out,and that they took out the garbage, hash Brown was cold. Coffee lid full of coffee dripping all over. Al never go there again will be scare someone do something to my food scary. I don't recommend this place employees arguing with one another over food order when I walk in was ignored. And when I try to get their attention and I did they change the board from breakfast to lunch and I got there on time before breakfast was over and there was another lady behind me too. That she wanted breakfast. We've been waiting there for them to take care of us. Because I'm not too good with that Kias board .really don't like it .im old school. What a bad experience with all these law of trump I feel employee not giving good service Discriminate. When I spoke to. I get being slammed, but something has to be done about a 20 min wait for ice cream and apple pies.
Guests were incredibly upset, staff were incredibly upset, all around a subpar McDonald's experience.

If I could give no stars I DEFINITELY WOULD! They charged us 24.41 for a large sweet tea and fry?!?! When we went back cause we were distracted they refused to reimburse us! When I asked for the owners business card since they are not corporate they refused.

STAY AWAY esp if you are vergetarian. They will put meat in your food even when you ask for NO MEAT. They are not even apologetic when you let them know of the same. Pathetic set of employees incl the manager who works here. They will give you a weird look. They also took away paper napkins and you have to litter at go to counter every time when you need extra one. They will respond as they are doing a favor to you.It’s Sunday at almost 1pm here.

Ordered and paid through the app. When arrived to pick up, they simply said all items were not available and cancelled my order. If they are not available, why accepted the order in the app and make your customers drive there. Services from this company in this country are getting worse and worse.
