Came to order food and use the restroom and the same employee I've witnessed not wash his hands tried to spy on me while using the restroom this is unacceptable and very unprofessional

There's not more an iconic burger joint in America apart from McDonald's. But when you come to good ole McDonald's and you're treated with such wonderful kindness as I experienced today it reignites that fun nostalgic joy of going to McDonald's! They were having a Christmas party, and it took up the Playplace. The managers were rude when our kids wanted to play. They had the opportunity to close the WHOLE lobby, but they chose not to. When you have a place for that has a Playplace for customers who are looking for a place for the kids to let off steam. Don't be rude about letting them go play. Also, have your party some other time, NOT during business hours. I bring my kid here each week as a place she enjoys because of the weather changing. We will start going somewhere else and spend our money. Unacceptable behavior for PAYING customers!!

Came here for lunch on my break from work I ordered a large water cup which is free on the screen order and I’ve always gotten the water cup because it’s free which a lot of people would do so instead of getting water I got soda and the lady that brought me my food came at me for getting soda instead of water when I got a water cup like if it’s any of her buisness if people were to get a coke? But then get Dr Pepper will it make a difference it’s just a drink? And they had the audacity to ask me to pay for getting a soda instead of water so I just got up and change my soda to a water so they woudent make it a big deal. And on top of that they had a lady walking around the whole time cleaning tables for no reason the tables were already clean she just kept cleaning them and going back to the same tables it’s was overall just a weird experience full of weird employees

Horrible service. Ordered big breakfast no condiments. Waited for condiments another five to ten minutes.

Last evening at around 7:30 I went thru the drive thru. From the time I ordered until the time I got my food at the window 8 minutes went by. Apparently, some workers need to be reminded to have people pull forward to the waiting area. No one expects to wait 8 minutes in a drive thru line. There, I feel a little better now.
