I don’t know why you guys are charging for water all of a sudden by ringing it up as sauces and being really rude about it. Water has always been free with mc Donald’s it’s a chain policy. it isn’t specifically magically not free just because it’s an empty drive through but free if I go inside like you insist. You can’t charge for water on your system that’s why you try to scam customers by charging for sauce. it’s free. Charging for water all of a sudden is never a good sign. I’ve worked for mc Donald’s before as well I’m well aware of mc Donald’s being unable to charge for water. Literally every restaurant has something that is complimentary and at the bare minimum it’s free water. We all order food often enough for your multi billion dollar industry

Ordered 2 McChickens and the manager wanted to argue with me saying that I didn't. Had literally talked to her 30 seconds before and she somehow forgot.

There were multiple missing items in my order, and upon calling to get a refund I was essentially called a liar! The manager asked an employee about my order, to which he responded that I just "paid and drove away without the food". Not possible, since I paid on the app, so I had no reason to pay at the window. Plus, I was literally told by the man in the window to pull forward and wait for my order. I clearly did not just drive away, as I did get most of the food. I wouldn't have an issue with this if they weren't so rude about it/I was able to get a refund, but unfortunately this is where I am.

I stopped today, sunday 02-11-24, in the morning. Literally no wait at the drive-thru, and yet somehow my order was wrong, and usually, I would let it go. But, I ordered a ice coffee, I paid, I pull up to window 2, and I'm given a hot coffee, and when I said, that's not what I asked for, the employee stated, "it said hot coffee" and pointed at the sticker on the coffee, with about the worse attitude you can imagine, I didn't needed to start my day with arguing, so I said, it's fine, and I left. But it really ruined my day, so food costs more and employees get paid more and yet they can't put an order out correctly. And by the way, the coffee was terrible.Do better McDonald's.

HORRIBLE service!! Mobile ordered breakfast at 1053 but didn't make it to the restaurant until 1108. I apologized when I got there and asked to get my order to which they said they wouldn't give to me because it was now lunch time. Again i apologized but asked for an exception since i ordered on time just was late to pick up. They gave me attitude and said "We told you it's lunch and you can't get breakfast sandwiches anymore!" I asked if they'd substitutes for lunch sandwiches since they had already charged my card. They said no and told me to order something else and pay for it. I told them I wasn't paying twice when they already took my money once. The girl with the horrible fake lashes and nails at the window replied, "I didn't take your money!" ‍ I wanted to say more to that girl but I had my son with me and he was already freaked out. Needless to say, not surprised the reviews to this place is bad. Avoid it!

The lady taking our orders was very aggressive and rude (she was middle aged, white, blonde with glasses and was working December 10th at 3:09am). I do really like Corey though, very nice and respectful young man.

Thankgoidness, they're OPEN 24 hours a day! Helped us to wake up early.....3:30 am with their hot coffee. They even play music while you're waiting to get your order! ?God bless the friendly workers there!

Super fast. 40-50 year old with glasses collecting payment at window was the most friendly McDonald's employee ever. That bieing said the cheeseburger was lackluster, tiny dollop of mustard and catsup in 2" pile in middle with one tiny pile on the side. Unacceptable.Parking: Lots
