Worst experience with the staff. They are rude and tired of taking orders more than 3 items. When I asked for chocolate shake they gave me shamrock shake mixed with chocolate one.

I don’t know his name but I ordered two cookies, which I was told was always freshly baked and heated up, but I was given two non warm and kinda stale ones. I complained to the guy saying hey these cookies aren’t warm as advertised can I get a couple new ones. He said yeah but throw the other one I bit out. I didn’t want to waste the cookie I had already partially eaten so I figured it wouldn’t be an issue if I just finished it. Instead he rudely threw the cookie bag I gave him on the counter and said sorry I’m not doing it for you anymore. Like one you gave me something in the condition that was the complete opposite of what mcds advertises so regardless I would need a replacement for it, and 2 me eating it or throwing it away doesn’t make a difference, it’s already half eaten instead of wasting food why not just finish it? Overall idk what his problem is and prob not coming back to this location anymore. Giving this 2 instead of 1 star because hey atleast u got my fries right

It's surprising that the rating isn't lower. After several times having orders wrong in the drive thru and having to park as to not tie up the drive thru line to check orders I decided to call to ask about an error or misunderstanding and encountered Spencer. I guess you they get what they pay for employees. When I called to inform them about a second issue with my order after having to park due to missing items his response was to argue and proceed to tell me that everyone knows about a particular item
and that it's my fault for not knowing. Instead of acting professionally, he treats customers like they are stupid. Businesses like this don't care about the value of people's time as the mentality is oh well it's only one lost customer another will replace them. Nice job dude
