Fast food is supposed to be quick. Not 30 minutes to get your entire order where everything is cold. The meals show up inaccurate. The manage is unprofessional. There’s 2 sisters working there wearing their winter coats and ear muffs while working. They can’t understand how to get a small Diet Coke without it taking 6 minutes. They don’t prioritize the in restaurant guests when it’s empty inside and only care about the drive thru. The customer service is terrible. This McDonalds has gone down hill. Don’t trust this place

Ordered takeout. Not sure how you can mess up nuggets, fries, and burgers but everything tasted off. Fries were soft and soggy, chicken was dry and stale, and the burgers were just as bad. Wouldn't recommend this location for McDonald's. Yikes!

The most expensive McDonalds in the area as everything on the menu is priced $1 higher, takes a very long time for orders (one time took 20+ minutes). The food quality is good though, hence the 2 star

This location consistently disappoints. Always takes a very long time and has only gotten my order correct a handful of times. No one that works there ever seems to care at all either and often looks at you blankly and says uh I don't know.

Don't understand why this location (Rte 59/Fox Valley Mall) doesn't toast their Mcmuffin buns. I've just returned from a road trip through Southern IL, MO, AR and TX) and their Sausauge Cheese Egg McMuffins were hot and delicious. Their buns were toasted just right. At Aurora, IL/Rte. 59/Fox Vally Mall location just puts ingredients on bun and it's a luke wam temp at best. Very Consistently Disappointed so I don't frequent this location much at all anymore.

I literally had to wait half an hour and they where literally takeing hours to make the food my food sat there for 20 mins and had to wait 3mins for some straws and again HAD TO WAIT FOR A FROZEN COCA-COLA

Absolutely the worst McDonald's in the area. I waited 30 minutes for my curbside order, tried reaching out to the front desk multiple times, but ended up leaving without my food. Do yourself a favor and avoid coming here on Friday evenings!

A customer was choking in the dining room and her caretakers were yelling for help. My father, a man in his '70s, was the only person to respond. Even after he saved her, not a single employee came out to see what was going on or to check on her. Maybe they couldn't hear over the loud radio. Maybe they didn't care. Either way, it's RIDICULOUS. Do better.
