Don't understand why this location (Rte 59/Fox Valley Mall) doesn't toast their Mcmuffin buns. I've just returned from a road trip through Southern IL, MO, AR and TX) and their Sausauge Cheese Egg McMuffins were hot and delicious. Their buns were toasted just right. At Aurora, IL/Rte. 59/Fox Vally Mall location just puts ingredients on bun and it's a luke wam temp at best. Very Consistently Disappointed so I don't frequent this location much at all anymore.

Ordered a happy meal with double burger and cheese, no mustard or pickles. I got a single burger with everything. I ordered the fries with no salt and they were salted. I also ordered chicken strips with sauce and got no sauce. I also ordered 6 piece chicken nugget happy meals with sauce and got no sauce. Service was very slow.

Maribel really took care of me after one the employees put onions in my burger after I told them I had an onion allergy. I'm really happy with my experience because she went above and beyond to make sure I was good. We need more people like her. I can tell she does a great job of keeping everything in order!
