Ordered via the app for drive thru. They told me to wait for the rest of my order by the entrance window. The guy that showed up with my food had one big bag and one small bag. He only hands me the big bag. I ask him what about the other bag? He says it's for another customer. I get home and the box of chicken nuggets is missing.
Also my wife's got the wrong bacon burger, with bbq sauce. The deluxe qt pounders were both the saddest flattest looking ones I had in a while. That was because they forgot to put in the tomato slices. Instead they had the pickles from a cheeseburger.

I placed my order online and they made me wait an absorbent amount of time in order to get my order. I placed my order at least five minutes before I arrived. I was late to work, as a result and I will not be using this location again. The McDonalds on naperville road is much faster. The person in front of me would not pull away fast enough so the lady came out and handed me my food. She didn’t have to do that but she did and it was very nice. But the speed of this location is not good enough for me

This McDonald’s will make unauthorized donations on your card after you told them that no you don’t want to donate. Charity is important and I love the work rmhc does but a multimillion dollar corporation will not be getting a tax break on my dime

They didn't place our order as it was and the coffees were without sugar. The lady who served got angry because we asked for sugar.

So sick of this place. A few weeks ago I put in a counter order. Got there at 9:50pm (they close at 10) and the doors were already locked. Drive thru not only had a crazy long line, but they tried to tell me my code wasn't valid. Um, because it's a code for the counter but you locked your doors 10+ minutes early?! And how can they not recognize a code for the counter?! Today ordered a 6pc nugget Happy Meal. Got home and there were only 4. In a 6pc box. WTF?! They can't count to 6?!?! There were other things before these, but I go here so rarely I forget now...
Vegetarian options: Nothing vegetarian except fries and desserts and drinks. Only some drinks vegan.

Never been here and I don't plan to. But this location was on a YouTube video. Ex employee was fired after one week of work. The officers did a great job in handling everything this individual was doing. It sure seemed like the ex employee must have been mentally ill or on some drugs.
