Amazing grilled cheese! I had the adult grilled cheese, and it was so flavorful and perfectly cooked. My friends got the south of the border and the standard grilled cheese, and both were great. Such nice service too!

When I first tried their Avocado Toast, Mima’s Toast Bar had a booth at the Wheaton French Market. One word describes it: DELICIOUS! The additional arugula, cherry tomatoes etc toppings make it both tasty & aesthetically pleasing! After being absolutely addicted to their avocado toast, I tried their grilled cheese. The flavor & texture of this delectable sandwich is really beyond description! Their wonderful toasted sandwiches have many variations. The owners, including Alex, are super nice & very helpful. (Today, he even BROUGHT the sandwiches to our table!) So, next Spring, don't walk: RUN to Mima's Toast Bar at the Wheaton French Market! You'll be glad you did!

We were at a double header at North Central College today and we’re lucky enough to try the most delicious avocado toast ever! Mimas is no joke. The grilled cheese was excellent as well. Such nice people and excellent customer service. Will definitely attend the Farmer’s market this Summer to taste more of this deliciousness! Thank you Mima’s!!
