Go-to spot for dim sum. Authentic, delicious and easy to find and order what you want. Go with a group and try a ton of stuff!

Food is served cold and bland. Not worth the money and not going back.

I came here for a birthday dinner based on my parents' high recommendations, but the experience was a major letdown. While the food was decent, the HK-style crab and egg tofu were under-seasoned.

The service was the biggest issue. Our waitress was incredibly dismissive and condescending, particularly when I asked questions about the menu or requested to pack my soup. To top it off, we noticed ants crawling on our table, which is a serious hygiene concern.

Been coming here for some time now and today was THE WORST EXPERIENCE we’ve ever had here as well as THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT ANY RESTAURANT WE HAVE EVER HAD. Went for lunch yesterday party of 4 ordered drinks and 5 minutes later was told they were out of tapioca which is annoying but not that big of a deal but then 10 minutes later after that the server came back to tell us there is no more of the type of drinks we ordered due to “someone looking around in the kitchen”. Being in the restaurant industry myself for over a decade I would assume it’s a health inspector which you shouldn’t tell a customer which makes sense but if the reason is because of equipment down or something else we should have been told. This could have been avoided if they told us that BEFORE we ordered anything to begin with. This place has a habit of not crossing stuff out on the tablet if they are out of something so it still lets you order it only for one of the servers to tell you several minutes later they are out of it AFTER WE ALREADY ORDERED. This isn’t the first time this has happened but past visits it was never to this extent. Letting the customer know a restaurant is out of something IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THEY ORDER IS COMMON SENSE. None of us got the drinks we ordered and therefore that killed the whole experience for us. There was no effort to make it right by staff or management all we got was a “we apologize” and they took the drinks off the bill but that’s not making it right that’s just standard practice. This is not good enough and unacceptable considering none of this is the customers fault. Saying we were disappointed is an understatement. My sister didn’t even eat a single bite of what she ordered due to what happened. The one positive thing was the food we did get (minus what my sister never touched). We asked for togo boxes and they took our food away to put it in boxes and they brought it back for us. We didn’t like that and they have never done this before. How do we know they didn’t do something to it or they gave us the same amount of our food back before they took it to bag it up? Not saying that’s what happened but we just don’t know. It was very odd that they did that not to mention Ive been all over the United States and not a single other restaurant does this. Definitely will not be back none of us will be which we never thought we’d say.

Service was slow. Food was decent but took forever to come out. Staff acted like they didn’t care. So disappointed in our experience here.

I’m not sure if we came on a bad day because I don’t understand how this place is so busy and has the reviews it does. Food was not good, service was terrible. We were never greated upon being seated (table was dirty by the way), had no idea who our server was until well after someone took our tablet. Service remained questionable after that as he rarely came back. Had to return the short ribs as they were inedible. Also hygiene is a huge red flag here. Employees are wearing gloves clearing dirty tables and not changing them to reset new tables while touching cutlery and clean dishes. We did however see someone wash their gloves at some point which is INSANE. Will not be returning.

The hot soup is melting the plastic container. Take out food containers are not good quality. Dangerous for health.

We come here all the time. I’m talking 2 times a month. The past two times it was honestly disappointing. We ordered 1 beef chow mein extra noodles and veggies to split. We ordered crab rangoon’s and egg rolls. We get this every single time. The appetizers came out super quick. Our food took 45 minutes and it wasn’t what we ordered. The server could’ve cared less that we were there. It wasn’t busy. Also it was freezing in there! I am so disappointed in our last visit that I will stop recommending this place to my friends. We will go to Schaumburg from now on. 😞

In my opinion, the best Chinese in Chicagoland. Also a location in Chinatown downtown. Everything is good. I suggest ordering family style and sharing with friends or having lots of leftover food to bring home.
