MO TEA AND BANH MI

Love the food and the vibes, service is great too! everything tastes fresh and delicious. My only gripe is that there isn’t more of the meats in the rice bowls, it’s the typical amount you’d expect but I usually end up getting a side dish with the rice bowls. But that’s my only complaint, foods still great and so is the price so I don’t mind.

my favorite place for boba! the interior is so fun and colorful and the drinks are so good. i think my only complaint would be the mid cleanliness (which to be fair i didnt even notice until my germaphobe bf pointed it out)

So I've been going here for a few years, this is definitely a boba shop worth visiting. Food here is all good too. All the sandwiches and the recent rice bowls are super delicious.

I generally never have to wait too long for boba unless it's packed which it does get sometimes. I remember first coming here when Mo Tea just opened and it's amazing to see how much this shop has grown.

Definitely kind of a hidden spot around here, the Vietnamese twist on boba is unique and makes for boba you really can't get elsewhere. If you got time do stop by and show your support for a shop that really cares.

Moved to Naperville from Dallas and kinda gave up on finding legit Vietnamese iced coffee until I visited here! Omg this place is super cute, staff are welcoming, I have to come back for the rice bowls. Lord have mercy, the drinks are 🔥

Cutest bubble tea restaurant. They have fun music, arcade & board games to encourage you to stay and eat with family & friends.

I ordered the grilled pork rice bowl. Very tasty!

I've never had bubble tea that gives tapioca pearls as optional. Love this place

We came in looking for a place we could get a good drink and open late. That’s exactly what we found. We were greeted by the sweetest and smartest dog, Van Gogh. The Costumer service, the ambiance, wall art, music, entertainment and prices were amazing! We plan on coming back!

As someone visiting from the Bay Area, I didn’t expect to find such a charming little bánh mì shop out here—but I’m so glad I did. Tucked away in the suburbs of Chicago, this place has a warm, cozy vibe with fun decor (plushies, colorful signs, and a playful atmosphere that makes it feel instantly welcoming). The bánh mì sandwiches are fresh and flavorful, and the prices are super reasonable—especially compared to what I’m used to back home! Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or just want a chill spot to relax, this place hits the spot.

Nice local coffee shop vibes. Good privacy in the booths. Can just bring your laptop and chill and use the WiFi. The tea was just normal bubble tea, which is always good. Food was better than I expected though. Had the grilled beef and rice, grilled pork and rice, and a bowl of shrimp wonton soup (nice if you want some tasty hot broth when it's cold out). Game tables and open lobby area were great to keep the 1 and 3 year old distracted and able to move around.

We ate at this Banh mi place for valentines and it was amazing! The workers are super nice and helpful, and the food was very good. We ordered the friend chicken Banh mi and spicy Cajun fries with boom boom sauce. We’ll definitely be back again and again.

Have yet to purchase any actual food but look very fresh and delicious. They have been their many, many times for their fruit malts and matcha drinks. It's fenomenal! It's a bit pricy (when ordering more than 1 in LG sizes), but it's definitely worth it. So cute and adorable and the staff are so sweet and acomidaying. Love their punch card! So thanks, Mo Tea, for that.

I visited Mo Tea & Banh Mi with a friend for a casual coloring date, and the experience had its highs and lows.

First, the atmosphere and decor are amazing: cozy and vibrant. The booths were super comfortable. Their menu is large and totally customizable.

For drinks, I had the Vietnamese iced coffee, and my friend tried the matcha milk tea. Both were delicious ◡̈ 💕

For food, we ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken Banh Mi and the Grilled Pork Banh Mi. Both sandwiches were flavorful and generously portioned. The seasoned fries were also delicious. However, I made the mistake of ordering my sandwich extra spicy. Realizing it was too much for me, I kindly asked the cashier for a side of mayo, offering to pay for it.

The cashier was polite and went to ask the lady in the back about my request. To my surprise, the lady, who I believe is the owner, gave me a very tiny portion—about a teaspoon 💀💀 in a small cup (2oz cup)—for free. (I wish I had a picture) While I appreciated the gesture, it felt a bit stingy given the context: we spent over $35 on our order, and I had already said I was willing to pay. I wasn’t expecting a large portion, but something a bit more generous or at least a clearer refusal would have been better. 😿

One other thing to note: they were blasting Latin music, reggaeton and corridos tumbados. 😭 mind you Spanish is my first language I and usually enjoy this kind of music, but I don't think they realize how explicit some of the songs were. 😭😭 It felt a bit out of place, just funny and awkward at the same time.

Overall, the food and drinks were great, but the service and ambiance could use some fine-tuning. I'd definitely come back ✌🏻😼
