MO TEA AND BANH MI

Have yet to purchase any actual food but look very fresh and delicious. They have been their many, many times for their fruit malts and matcha drinks. It's fenomenal! It's a bit pricy (when ordering more than 1 in LG sizes), but it's definitely worth it. So cute and adorable and the staff are so sweet and acomidaying. Love their punch card! So thanks, Mo Tea, for that.

I visited Mo Tea & Banh Mi with a friend for a casual coloring date, and the experience had its highs and lows.

First, the atmosphere and decor are amazing: cozy and vibrant. The booths were super comfortable. Their menu is large and totally customizable.

For drinks, I had the Vietnamese iced coffee, and my friend tried the matcha milk tea. Both were delicious ◡̈ 💕

For food, we ordered the Spicy Crispy Chicken Banh Mi and the Grilled Pork Banh Mi. Both sandwiches were flavorful and generously portioned. The seasoned fries were also delicious. However, I made the mistake of ordering my sandwich extra spicy. Realizing it was too much for me, I kindly asked the cashier for a side of mayo, offering to pay for it.

The cashier was polite and went to ask the lady in the back about my request. To my surprise, the lady, who I believe is the owner, gave me a very tiny portion—about a teaspoon 💀💀 in a small cup (2oz cup)—for free. (I wish I had a picture) While I appreciated the gesture, it felt a bit stingy given the context: we spent over $35 on our order, and I had already said I was willing to pay. I wasn’t expecting a large portion, but something a bit more generous or at least a clearer refusal would have been better. 😿

One other thing to note: they were blasting Latin music, reggaeton and corridos tumbados. 😭 mind you Spanish is my first language I and usually enjoy this kind of music, but I don't think they realize how explicit some of the songs were. 😭😭 It felt a bit out of place, just funny and awkward at the same time.

Overall, the food and drinks were great, but the service and ambiance could use some fine-tuning. I'd definitely come back ✌🏻😼

Have been twice now, both times order Banh Mi with different meats. Both were excellent, tasty, fresh flavorful ingredients inside nice soft fresh bread. Only thing i could ask for would be more meat in the sandwich, if youre really hungry id suggest ordering fries with your sandwich or even a second sandwich. Service was great and atmosphere is phenomenal. Price was very reasonable as well.

We have eaten Mo’Tea once a week since they opened a couple years ago. It’s really the best! We love the tofu Banh Mi, fries, waffles and the fruit tea. This is a great spot for vegans and vegetarians. Highly suggest!

I came here with my friends one day and was a dollar short and didn’t felt like giving a 20. Regardless they paid for my behalf, in response I gave the 20 as a tip then they give me free chicken and tofu. WILL COME BACK.

Food/Boba is exceptional. I have tried all of the Banh Mi options and grilled pork was my favorite. My husband loves the crispy chicken. The flavors were great. Nothing compares in my opinion in the area to the unique food options they provide along with the great Boba tea selection. The smoothies/ teas have endless combination options and customized just the way you want.

The service is always friendly and we never have a long wait. This is also a kid friendly spot with a couple arcade and board games. The kids love the waffles and smoothies as well.

Also this is a great late night spot, as their hours are longer on the weekends where other places close earlier. The atmosphere is a chill vibe and music matches the mood for sure. All around great Vietnamese quick bite/drink options for any time of day. This place is easily our #1 food/boba spot around. Just go to Mo Tea, you won't be disappointed.

Everybody here is so nice and always smiling! The banh mi was tasty - crunchy bread with soft inside, a generous smear of pate, and just the right amount of pickled veggies. The chicken is good too. And don't forget to get boba!

The store is great and very enjoyable. It is small but the workers are nice and give you some of the best deals for drinks. Would recommend to visit.

Just ordered a smoothie...pineapple and mango. Tasted really good but a bit pricey.

Their customer service and quality have gone downhill. I'm sure they'll get more customers while others, like me, won't come again. After going to that place over a dozen times, they made me a disgusting milk tea with 200% sugar and refused to make it again, let alone give me a refund. It was entirely too sweet. They just didn't care. Its not their job to care after all. Especially since they know they're not given you back any money or product. You'll simply have to pay again.I'm so glad and good for them, I'm not the old me.

Ugh!Avacado Shake - 5⭐️ One of the best. If you are a fan of Vietnamese style avacado shake. You wouldn't be disappointed.Milk Tea - 3.5 ⭐️ I ordered black milk tea with grass jelly and pudding, a classic from the origin of boba. Decent. I have ridiculously high expectations of boba drinks, and it definitely passed my palate.Music - 5⭐️ it’s personal, I know. But their choice and preference of music is so on point.
