We love this mod and we only visit abouf 3 times a year . It is usually a good experience aside from the high wait time on weekends . Unfortunately there were a few more problems than usual this time . The topping we asked extra for seemed to be slimmer than usual. We asked for one topping on the side, and it was put on the pizza . One pizza wasn't cut . All small things, but they do add up . Otherwise, I love this location, and the free toppings are amazing
This is the closest mod from my house. I ordered pizza from this place so many times and there always seems to be an issue. Ingredients are wrong or missing and it is not well done as asked. I called customer service multiple times to pass the feedback to no luck. My last 2 orders were wrong again.
