I wanted to meet my childhood friends for a casual meal and a place to sit and catch up. Mod Pizza is just the right place! We had so many choices of free parking, then we had many more choices of meal options. We ordered build your own mini pizzas and shared a Greek salad. We sat and talked for 3 hours. All the other guests came and went while we told story after story. The high ceilings may have buffered the sound of our laughter because I didn’t notice any patrons conversations nor any uncomfortable gazes toward us. It was a wonderful Sunday.

Hey everyone, I had such a blast at MOD Pizza in Downtown Naperville (103 S Washington St)! The Create Your Own Pizza was the highlight for me—loaded it up with fresh basil, spicy chicken sausage, and roasted red peppers, all for a great price. The thin crust came out perfectly crispy from their 800-degree oven, and the flavors were spot on. Our server, Rico, was awesome—super friendly, helped me pick toppings, and kept the good vibes going. The open kitchen and chill industrial vibe made it a perfect casual night out. Totally recommend this spot to pizza lovers in Naperville!

I understand that recording people without consent is not allowed and I respect that.
But filming a quiet, empty part of a restaurant, with no faces in view, shouldn’t be treated like a crime.
Still, a lady staff yelled at me in front of everyone, telling me to stop recording (I just did like less than a minute record) in a tone that felt more like a public shaming than a polite reminder.
Of course, once she said something, I made sure to hide any faces out of respect.
I’ve never been treated like this in any other store or restaurant.
I assume they prefer to have no cameras, no reviews, and no trace of your visit at all.
Be aware or you will be a criminal when you visit.
Food was.. not sure because I didn't feel like eating after all that🙃

They have fresh pizza. And they make everything in front of you. I particularly enjoy the pizzas that do not have meat. The fresh taste is there and this makes you want to come back. Food prep is fast and you will have your food in about 10 minutes or so. I recommend.

I use to enjoy coming here but the service has gone downhill and you can expect to wait for a LONG time despite having more than enough workers who hang out on their phone instead of helping you.
Food is fine but the tables and cleanliness level is v bad, table tops are so sticky seems they never clean it
Because it is awesome. Best pizza place in illinois I respect that sqaud and my store as a whole The PIZZA GUY!
Isabel was extremely sweet and nice. She helped me pick one pizza for my daughter. She is so kind and always with a smile . We need more people like her . Definitely coming back .
Rated low on atmosphere because they do not keep it clean.

10 stars great staff and great food.
I eat gluten free pizza here is too bland for my taste..
Love mod. Great inexpensive pizza
The staff was friendly and the pizza was really good. I really liked the dipping sauce for the breadsticks and I can tell the ingredients for the pizza are top notch. I will definitely be coming back if I'm in the area.
Literally terrible. They are beyond slow and prioritize their online orders. They asked my friends and I to get out of line and sit at a table cause they needed to catch up on the online orders. We sat for 10 min as a new line began to form. Then they began taking their orders and everyone sitting down had to line up behind them. EXTREMELY poor customer service. May want to rethink the way they run things.
