Horrible customer service! Workers can’t properly put toppings on a pizza (the simplest thing in life)…. Why we’re all my toppings in the middle on top of each other? Lol who is training? 🤣 horrid never again

Came in at 9:50 realized that I forgot my wallet so I ran back to my car to get it. When I came back it was 9:57. The gentleman behind the counter said that he won't take my order because it's too close to close. I pleaded with a gentleman and said that I had forgotten my wallet. But I was still told no. It wasn't 10:00 yet and my order should have been taken. I would never do this to a customer in my restaurant.

The place is very good, you can prepare your own pizza with a wide variety of ingredients, there was a bit of a line but the pizza was very fast, personally I enjoyed the experience and the food.

The pizza here is usually good but the counter service has been awful the past two times I’ve been here. There’s a line almost out the door but only one person taking orders and making the pizzas. She seems almost to be moving as slowly as possible.

I really enjoyed eating here at MOD Pizza. My friend and I had a great time. All the staff here were very friendly and courteous. I really liked my cheese Pizza. My friend also liked his pizza from here as well. They have good beverage options here too. This establishment was clean. I will definitely return for a MOD Pizza again.

Came in today (Friday may 17th) close to closing and felt bad, yet Paul and Bradley made my day. They were so friendly from the beginning of the transaction and went above and beyond. Paul assisted me throughout the transaction and couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable. Would come again just for the experience and service they provided.
