Debby and her team is awesome!! They were talkative and kind when making my pizza. While I waited, Debby engaged me in conversation asking about my life. The pizza is also GAS (aka delicious). 10/10 pizza, 10/10 customer service. Naperville MOD has always treated me right in my college career!

This was supposed to be a Chicken pizza! Maybe 5 pieces of micro sized chicken cubes on the whole pizza! It was supposed to have fresh Basil on top, only one slice had a single basil leaf! Size was certainly not a Large, was a Medium. Paid for Large though.

This what you get when the staff just doesn't care. Overall quality of the mod pepperoni pizza is an unqualified meh on flavor, mouthfeel, and crust. The flavor profile just wasnt there. The italian salad was not made fresh and, sadly, I had to return it when i grabbed a forkful and along with it extracted a long black hair from the bowl. Im sorry you had to read that btw. I was offered a replacement but opted for the refund. Not going back. Not ever. To whoever invested in this business, you gotta spend time on premise and observe whats going on.

This is my first time trying out MOD and I must say, I loved every bit of it. The topping choices are endless and you can have as much as you want.I personally loved Califlower crust!!!

Wow. This place has gone down. I hadn't gotten a pizza in maybe a year but wanted one today. First off I think they're smaller. And they really skimped on the cheese. I suspect too that the quality of the cheese isn't as good as it used to be. Just didn't taste good. Didn't bake it long enough either. Not gonna go back.

I love MOD pizza, however after ordering online and arriving at the time of pick up, my order was not even started. The staff were rude and unapologetic. I was told I arrived a minute early, but had it been started my demeanor would have been different. What is the advantage of an online order if itisn't started until you arrive? I then proceeded to ask if I could order a salad and the newer worker up front(female) walked away to talk to her manager and never returned. She began helping other people. Unfortunately, I do believe their actions towards me were race related. I will be calling corporate. I like this location and I'm sad this had to be my experience. Do better!
