An absolutely wonderful place to dine, the staff is incredibly professional and not too prying at all. We dined in the bar and took advantage of the “Power Hour” specials which made a fine dining experience very affordable. Their bar is stocked with excellent choices, had a nice scotch conversion with our hostess. We will be going back for the full “steak and side” experience soon. Once again, the staff’s professionalism was just astounding, well done Morton’s Naperville!!

I'm so sorry to say this but we ordered the all inclusive plate for $89.00 each. 3 of them. The only thing that was good was the steak. The potato was old and like glue, the lobster, shrimp and scallops were overcooked and like rubber. The desserts were just average. This was for my brother's birthday 🎂 and it was really spoiled by the food. We expected much more than we got.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with courtesy and professionalism. Food was outstanding as usual. I wanted to give a special mention to our server Stacy who was exceptional. She never rushed us , was very efficient as I noticed she had quite a few other tables to tend to, and has such a calm approach. I will certainly be back. Thank you.

I took my partner here last night for our anniversary. It was literally the best dining experience either of us has had in the past ten years. They are truly unrivaled in the smallest details of the customer and dining experience. Courtney was a phenomenal server and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the whole evening. I seriously can't recommend this place enough. 7 stars out of 5.

This was our very first time at Morton's Steakhouse, and we were excited to celebrate our anniversary there — especially since we were going with my father-in-law, a loyal guest who had spoken highly of the experience. Unfortunately, the night fell far below expectations. Our server made several inappropriate and awkward comments, including one about us “surviving COVID” after being together for 7 years — a comment that felt out of place and unprofessional for what is supposed to be a fine dining celebration. To make matters worse, our steaks were not prepared as requested. The first round came out heavily charred — to the point that all you could taste was burnt crust. We sent them back, and the replacements came out completely overcooked (well done instead of medium), which was incredibly disappointing at this price point. While we had noted our anniversary in the reservation and even saw a note on our table, there was no acknowledgment during our meal. No one offered to take a photo, and our complimentary dessert was boxed to-go without a word, rather than being served at the table. When I asked the hostess after our meal, she claimed they probably didn't know — which simply wasn't true based on the multiple mentions. We truly wanted to enjoy this evening, but it felt like a series of missed opportunities and carelessness. Sadly, I don't see us returning after this experience.

Morton's never disappoints! We enjoyed the lobster bisque, filet mingnon and truffle fries. We always celebrate our anniversary at Mortons because the food, beverages and service truly make it a special event. When we sat down at our table, we were greeted wtih a lovely little plackard whishing us a Happy Anniversary and the restaurant treated us to a dessert of our choice - we chose the "special" which was their take on chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream; it was beyond delicious! Did I mention my dirty martini - aka Mortini - was perfect? BTW, they even took a photo of us and put it in a sweet little folder to help us mark the occasion. All of the staff are very attentive but I want to mention our waiter, Angel, who went above and beyond for us, which helped to make the evening even more special.
