The shop is super cute, the boba is delicious, and the service is a problem. I waited for over an hour outside the shop, before leaving and going somewhere else, because they weren’t open. The schedule posted on the window even said they were open. If you can actually get in, it’s great.

The staff/service was fast and easy, no complaints there! However, the tapioca was stuck together so I was struggling to drink it without them getting stuck in the straw :,( The brown sugar milk tea was sweet but the tea flavor itself could’ve been stronger! I did finish the drink, but I am not sure I would go back for the brown sugar milk tea!

Rolled ice cream is it pretty cool concept. The best thing about this place is the show they put on creating the cup of rolled ice cream.
College students working here and from what they have to do making rolled ice cream, it’s pretty hard work so I hope you tip them generously.
Having said that, the ice cream itself is nothing special. It’s just decent and what you would find in a freezer at your local supermarket or maybe even a step below IMHO.
So is it worth coming here? Yes, but just once to check it out ?
Parking: There’s a parking lot right across the street from this location where you can park. However, it gets filled up pretty quickly. Try your luck on the top most level which gets filled up last.

This was amazing! I never had rolled ice cream, so I was super curious about it, and I'm so glad that my curiosity got the best of me! It was sooo yummy ? my son had the strawberry ? and oreos mixed in it. My boyfriend had strawberry and banana ? and it tasted like when the Dippin dots melt ? I had the vanilla and oreo! They were all good in my opinion. I will totally be going there again! I gave the atmosphere a 3 because it smelled bad inside. ?
Kid-friendliness: Cool place to take the kids to so they can watch it be made, and there are some cool little trinkets to look at !

I was actually disappointed when entering. The location had an odor, the bathrooms were filthy. Wasn't too happy about the ice cream too.
Delicious and great service. Our go to place for milk tea and rolled Ice cream!

I used to go to munchies before they changed to munchies plus. The rolled ice cream just tastes artificial. My husband has always gotten strawberry banana, and they used fresh fruit before. Now it’s banana powder, and strawberry syrup. They changed it a lot. When you pay with card, it automatically sets the tip and when you change it, the workers kinda look at you weird. They have tipping jars all over the front. The location is the same as before… the inside is definitely upgraded but the ice cream is not the same.

I asked for a manager/store manager, apparently they don't have one?I was trying to buy some rolled ice cream for my son, and the short guy that was working there completely ignored my husband. If you hire personal, make sure they actually want to work! Bad experience, I do not recommend.

My family and I wanted to munch on rolled ice cream and we found this place downtown Naperville. The store location is exemplary since you can find multiple parking lots close by.The store has a few tables for those who wish to dine in. Our service was efficient and fast.We ordered 3 different flavors of Rolled Ice cream- Mango, Coffee, and Chocolate, Of which Mango ice cream had the best of flavors, it had great texture and was not overly sweet. Predominantly mango! However, chocolate was our least favorite, we could barely taste chocolate & the coffee flavor comes second as it had decent coffee flavors, less sweetened but didn't have a creamy texture. The store’s interior is quite interesting with live plants and cat figurines all around.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love seeing Ice creams in-making. They offer many different toppings that the kids love to munch on.
