Lorenzo, I have nothing but respected for you and your staff but u do have security guard who's going to completely ruin your business if you don't get rid of him immediately. He's very disrespectful to your guest and uses profanity to make them leave. 0 people skills whats so ever. I saw him talking to other people the same way as soon as the baile was over. Yesterday we brought my sister in law out to this place to show her a great time. Everything was great food was ok. The problem is at the end. Once dance was over there was this bearded security guard being extremely rude to my husband and me, using profanity to get us to leave, Lorenzo the promoter is an amazing person we will not however be back her with that disrespectful security guard they have there. He’s going to ruin your business. Please be careful who you hire Mz. That security guard ruined our night. Best of luck Lorenzo. My husband and I respect you a lot but with that guy there, we won’t be back

long wait for food or drinks, overpriced and caters to people 40+. Security prioritizes regulars over females being abused. Older men taking advantage of women like to come here. Waste of Money. Owner only cares for the money he's making not customers or experience. The place looks run down inside and cheap.

The music was sucks, and the worst thing that now they charge you to sit at the tables, and the tip is already charged when you pay and they give you a receipt

I went there last Friday (July 25th 2025) for my mother-in-laws birthday. They let her in for free and made my man pay $20 for the both of us. My man gave them $100 bill to which he received $80 back. THE MORNING AFTER we came to find that the change they had given us included $40 worth of fake bills. SCAMMERS. unless this was a lack of judgment from the security guard, pay attention to the change they give you. MAKE SURE THE MONEY THEY GIVE U BACK IS REAL. THIS LOWKEY SOUNDS LIKE A MONEY LAUNDERING SCAM NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT IT. STAY SAFE!

Attended a live event here on a Friday night. We didn't eat, we just drank beer and had aguas frescas so I can't rate their food. It was very hot and humid, but I think that's bc the place was full to capacity and it was raining and hot outside. The only negative thing I can say is that they were understaffed or just not prepared for such a large crowd. We asked the waitress for a bucket of beer and drinks several times before she brought them and it took her a very long time. We would've consumed way more if they would've had better service. It almost seemed like waitress were freaked out bc people were leaving without paying. If that was the case they should just get wireless pads and charge on the spot. No open tabs. Other than that, we had a great time, there was no problems, no fights, it was well staffed with security and the promoter walked around offering shots on the house which I think was a nice touch. Would most likely come back.

I don’t know what happened to this place, it was such a nice place to go to. I went back yesterday and the food was so bad, the service was horrible and they already add tip to any orders even when you order shots at the bar, and it was just my cousin and I ordering, never going back.

Security guards are supposed to be a safe haven, not like the ones here who target drunk girls after hours like Alexander villa. Take care of your employees and what they do.

The Dj never put any of the music we requested and all he played was cumbia and bachata I just asked for one norteña and never was played. Also they don’t allow you to sit any where even tho you pay to come in they need to make any music available for the customers. This place suck!!!! Never will I invite my friends here again….

The food is bland service is bad they don't know how to run a restaurant hopefully they hire someone to help them place has potential.
