Best thanksgiving 2024 meal after staying online for over 70minutes at crackle barrel n decided to go looking for something else and I found this place. I told them they needed to do more on marketing as I was the only customer 28th Nov 2024

I didn't even try the food, they didn't give me a table bcs there was none available, even though they change me a fee, they expect people pay just to stand looking. There was a band praying so loud that was impossible to talk. They gave me my money back reluctantly and rudely. It's clear that they don't care about costumers, only want their money. Never ever going back to that place.

They have a cover charge 20 per person. The atmosphere is great. They have live banda on Fridays. Friend got thrown out for dancing literally ?. Security said the owner didn't want him here. Security came to my friend, who took a drink out of his hands, which is assault. It's pretty aggressive. We left with no incidents, but just be mindful when coming to this place.

Horrible service, went for an event. Was charged $30 at the door just to be told they were shutting everything down in 15 minutes. Didn’t get my money back or anything, just a nasty face and attitude.
. The service is very bad. The waitress forgets that she is serving you. He doesn't greet you, nor does he ask if you are offered anything else after he brings you the food, much less does he ask if everything is okay. He leaves the dishes there for you after you finish eating. It kind of waits for someone to pick them up. But if they are paying you for a service, do it well. If not, you better resign, you are in the wrong place.
It's only good for dancing.

I don't know if it's really what it was worth but they charged me 32 dollars for a mojito and a mangonada (non-alcoholic) then for some nachos and a coke 27. I feel like the prices were overrated.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. I understand people might go here for dancing. Maybe being white we were targeted. We ordered a taco salad $13, burrito dinner $13, horchatta $5, coke (can) apparently no fountain drink used. We asked for it to go and the order comes up to $58. So I looked at the order and they added gratituity even though we weren't going to stay and eat. We left the food and left the place. I dont appreciate someone trying to take advantage of people. That meal should have been maybe $36. Plus they tried to have me add gratuity on top of the tip she already added herself prior to showing me the tablet. Never going here again.

The place is cozy and has good prices, the girls at the bar are friendly and the customers are respectful, I would suggest that if they offer salsa, they get some advice since those who know about salsa comment that we don't know most of the salsa they use, so We don't know much about the Mexican music of cumbia, but those of us who know salsa get bored because they always play the same records and we would like at least 3 complete salsa songs and artists like Sonora Poncena, El Gran Combo from Puerto Rico to play. , Niche group, guayacan, Oscar de Leon from Venezuela, Joe Arroyo from Barranquilla Colombia, Willi Rosario from Puerto Rico, Mas Merengue from the Dominican Republic, Rica Arena, the Rosario brothers, La Maquina, the Sabotaje ensemble from Peru, Ruben Blades from Panama , etc etc. We music lovers don't know where they get some salsa songs that play not popular salsa, but better known salsa. There are a lot of Latinos from Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru and they are looking for a good place in Naperville or Aurora to enjoy, where they have good salsa too, it is a clientele that is emerging and can promise the business loyalty, since the issue of new immigrants is not They are only from Mexico and opening the doors to places like that is welcoming them. By not finding a well-updated DJ, who knows more about salsa, they end up looking for competition or going to other places that are up to date and understand what is happening in terms of migration from South America... which is where they like salsa the most. starting from Panama, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela and Peru. A very well-intentioned suggestion!!
We didn't eat anything so can't offer any input there? Lots of security around, the crowd looked to be be mostly Mexican (as was the music they played.) But folks were there to dance, and the $10 cover charge wasn't horrible to be there? The tables have numbers on them for reservations, but we didn't have one, but they sat the three of us without a fee. The Modelo beers were 6 bucks each, mixed drinks quite a bit more. FYI they have a free dance class from 8:30 - 9:30, which I thought was good. Yes, we would go back, and even try the food next time.
