Don’t order here the manager is highly unprofessional and argumentative. Update your online ordering with Google to align with other Naf naf locations to avoid unnecessary hiccups. It’s standard at all of their locations to provide 3 sauces per build your own bowl and y’all had the AUDACITY to only give me one per bowl I ordered. You wanna short the customer and then actually argue with them that just means I’ll make sure not to order here I will go out of my way to order at other naf naf locations. The employee I was speaking with had no issue handling me coming in respectfully explaining they didn’t provide enough sauce. Accidents happen but if the manager is going to immediately butt in and argue with me I say screw this place. How dare you even ask me to go back to my car and specifically bring the bag to show proof. Check your cameras for all I care why would I lie? I won’t order here again. The food is great but this manager is probably awful to their employees if they can’t even display basic common sense customer service. Food is overpriced considering the ingredients and the nerve for this guy to actually act like it’s too much money to give the customer what they ordered is insane. Unreal. I was in such a great mood too what a shame now I’m irritated. I’ve never been shorted on sauce at any other naf naf I’ve ordered from

This rating is actually 2.5 not 3. Food/menu has changed after covid. Pita does not taste fresh nor fluffy. Rice had no taste! Miss the chicken kabob. Seems Naf Naf has cut corners in so many ways. What a shame. Been a customer since the original store on Ogden in Naperville.

I come every 2 yrs because I’m hoping they are better but surprise! They are not! Maybe they do it because there is no local competition - beware all things come to an end. would you make your own plate that small?- that’s why your place is empty

this guy is like a 3 card molly dealer he makes it so fast that you can't see that he made you a toddler plate and when you question the size of the portion he goes "huh" and throws 3 more onions on- come on man! when you eat is that how you make your plate ? this doesn't even top the edge of the bowl and is not in jeopardy of touching the lid!! VERY SMALL selection of items and incredibly small portions unfriendly guy and dirty feeling restaurant Oh yeah- food is flavorless
I just wanted to share a review because Mario at Naf Naf Grill on freedom Drive is especially wonderful and I don’t do reviews unless there’s a special reason Mario Was extremely nice to me and my brother and sister-in-law love this place and now I know why!!! Love naf naf grill! I always go for the chicken shawarma with the harissa, garlic sauce and pickles and red cabbage. They always have great flavors and quick service. I usually take it to go but seems fine if it's eaten in restaurant.
