Popped over to this salon, didn't have too long of a wait. I got a no chip manicure, prices were average. The technician wasn't into small talk, which is fine, did a nice job. I'll definitely try them again, maybe Mani/pedi next time. I'll update with how that goes.
Every time I come here, the people are so nice and friendly. And you don't get the sense that they are talking about you in another language. Very professional, and the place is so clean and modern! I can easily book appts online, they have a loyalty program, and I can pay by credit card and tip electronically, so convenient. I've gotten no chip manis, basic pedis, and kids mani. All great!

Solongo, the lady in the front with glasses has AWFUL customer service. I'm sure she's miserable inside but there's no reason to treat others like that. No eye contact when I walked in, and then she yelled at me to hurry up and PICK COLOR! The entire experience was bad, I don't recommend anyone come here. Spent over $100 for a bad job on my nails too.
