Worst Nando's ever! Don't ever ever order from here.
Customer Service is horrible, I place and order on the phone, and the person who took my order said it was going to be ready in 10-15 mins, I arrived, by the way the STORE MANAGER as soon as he saw me walking in just looked at me and carry on doing whatever he was doing, not even a "hello, ill be rigth there with you" noooo nothing! After 5 mins he then said, hi, and I told him I'm here for a pick up order, and he said ok, cash me out and told me " ok your order will be ready in 20 Mims!
I'm sorry but what ? What is the point of ORDERING AHEAD? AND PLUS THEY HAD TOLD ME MY ORDER WAS GOING TO BE READY IN 15 MINS WHEN I CALLED ON THE PHONE, NOW , I LIVE 30 MINS AWAY, SO THEY HAD DOUBLE THE TIME TO GET MY ORDER READY.
BUT NO, HE DIDNT APOLOGIZE, HE WAS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL IGNORANT STORE MANAGER IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
HE SAID YOU WANT TO WAIT 20 MINS OR ILL GIVE YOU A REFUND!

Its right in the middle of downtown naperville, so, its understandable that its busy mostly but the management of this place has gone down over time. The table we sat on was sticky which the server cleaned hut didn't help and the seats were not clean either. Empty sauce bottles. Goes without saying the floor wasn't clean.

The food at Nando's is good and we usually choose this venue because it's the "most accommodating" in Naperville when you have a group of disabled people. My daughter's a wheelchair user which tends to be a struggle when trying to get into most places in Naperville. Yesterday they chose Nando's again for their start of the semester. Sadly the staff at Nando's doesn't seem to be trained in ADA laws and attempted to make them sit outside because one of the visually impaired people in the group had a service dog. So Nando's management please train your staff to better understand ADA laws and not assume people just want to bring their dog into the restaurant. It was easily identifiable this dog was at work and these young people shouldn't have had to explain themselves or teach staff what the laws are when all they wanted was to enjoy a nice dinner together.
