Received a poor service as when I went to check for delay in my order, the staff got upset and asked me to step aside as it might spoil the food on the serving counter and he has cook again, when I was not even touching the food, rather was just asking about the food. Didn't expect this from Nandos. ?

Service was very bad. It took them a while to seat us and when they did, they seated us in the place that customers had just asked to leave because of how drafty and cold it was. The food is really not what it used to be, it has heavily declined in quality. Upon ordering digitally, the site did not work for paying.. so we ordered up front with the same customizations. They got my order entirely wrong. Even though Nando's isn't known for their salads, it shouldn't take sending it back to have fresh (not brown and old tasting) lettuce and no onions as requested. Thankfully the reordered salad was actually fresh and accurate to my order. However, after eating here I experienced awful food poisoning symptoms. Considering they handle chicken, it was likely salmonella. I am very disappointed and will not be dining here again.

I'm a Californian who enjoys coming to Chicago and getting food at Nandos. The chicken is fantastic and I love the rice and fries. No complaints honestly.

Oh my holy goodness this place is so good Nandocas' choice is absolutely insane and I've never tasted such a perfect spice level for me then the medium fries are the best fries I've ever had, mac and cheese was crazy as well i don't even know what to say simply a gift to humanity service is great too and the vibe is excellent

I didn't get my avacado with the bowl I ordered for take out . I went in the restaurant it was not very busy, it's a Monday afternoon I ordered a rice bowl with roasted red pepper avacado arugula hummus and I added chicken a I didn't receive the avocado which is the part that I had mentioned to the guy when I initially ordered it I was describing it and saying the word avocado like three times. It wasn't even busy. It wasn't that hard to get it wrong and I paid for it and now I'm not eating it and I wish I was and it sucks I'll probably won't be going back. I should have asked for my receipt which was a mistake. Guy who took order seemed very unenthusiastic and bothered . I would like a refund for my avocado and I came in around 1:15 - 1:30
Best grilled chicken there is! My favorite is the PERi-PERi chicken bowl. Amazinggggg!!! Could eat here everyday!

Food is always exceptional, the chicken always comes out so delicious. I would say the setup on how dine in works could be better. We usually come in my wife and I along with our 4 year old. We usually always have to ask to have plates and utensils for our daughter along with cups for water. Why you wouldn’t just ask us if we need something could go a long way. And when we’re about to be finished it would also be appreciated if someone could simply ask if we needed to-go containers. Again very small requests but could make it a bit more personal and warmer feeling atmosphere. Seems like there is a disconnect on how to interact with customers and manage a non-wait staff waiting on tables.Parking: Depends on the time but usually can find a spot near by.Kid-friendliness: Our daughter loves the chicken and Mac n cheese.
I love the food, but I am vegetarian and would like to have impossible chicken nuggets in peri peri sauce.

You get a good amount of food for the price you pay. The 1/4 chicken with 1 free side was about $13 and you can go and get unlimited different sauces to accompany your chicken. The drink was $3 and it came with unlimited refills. You order via a virtual menu and you only see your server when they give you your food and a cup for your drink. The food tastes good and you can see the chicken and other sides being freshly cooked in the back. The decor is cozy but the booth my friend and I sat in had rips throughout the chairParking: Very very limited in front of the restaurant so you most likely have to park in the parking garage that is about 5 minutes away.
