The service of the lady manager is awesome. She is very kind and has excellent customer service!!!!!!!!!! :) I wanted to use a coupon but was only for online but she asked me what I was going to order and prepared it before I even place my order so I would not have to wait! So kind, made my day!!

Came here for a school fundraiser. They donate 25% of the proceeds. The place was pretty empty at 7pm on a Tuesday. I liked the big round booth to accommodate our party of 7. Food came out quickly in microwave containers lolChicken Parmesan - pretty bland and kind of a small portionPesto cavatappi - I remember this being my favorite but it was kind of watery Mac n cheese - cheese comes on top that you mix in. Pretty standard and creamyKbbq meatballs - too spicy for my niece but not really spicy at all just a peppery flavor. Flavorful but spongeyChocolate chip cookie - I've never tasted a cookie so bland

They had a printed note on the door. Which everyone just walked by. It said, online orders only! Are you serious? I would have left but my guests wanted their food.The food was served hot. But I think they need people upfront that are personable. But most important friendly, welcoming ...a simple hello would be nice.

I grew up in Naperville and this restaurant has been here forever. That being said, it's somewhat a staple of the downtown area.In essence, I am kind of upset by how the quality of this restaurant has deteriorated. Not the building itself, but the attention to detail and some of the food.When I was growing up they served with ceramic ware and silverware for dining in folks. Now it's plastic for everybody. I don't know if this was a COVID thing or a way to cut corners, COVID is pretty much over and sanitization isn't difficult. It would mean a lot and helpful the food taste better if actual cutlery and dishware was used, not plastic.The food quality has deteriorated as well. Mac and cheese used to be this creamy and rich deliciousness and sauces for other noodles were thick and tasty. Now they seem to be watery and probably could have been made in a microwave.I still like to eat here during my bike rides because it's fast and I get the best amount of carbs and grains to replenish myself, but I honestly don't think the food is worth the price.
