Great ice cream and friendly staff. Drive through lane can get pretty congested, but worth it 😋

Excellent taste. Will also appreciate if less sugar options are in the menu.

Came in at 3 on a Saturday... super long wait only to realize that some one was working alone. Drive through and front counter. Trying to do it all alone. He did well enough, but what type of management does this? He can't do tables, service restrooms, keep up with general cleaning of the establishment as well as serve front counter, make orders and run drive though. Do better

We visit Oberweis from time to time and usually enjoy it, but our recent experience was very disappointing. We ordered a Turtle Candy sundae, but the first one served had hair in it. When we mentioned it to an employee, they replaced it, but the new one was mostly whipped cream with barely any ice cream.

We also ordered Cosmic Cookie ice cream for our kids, and it was already half melted when served. On top of that, the portion size was much smaller than usual.

We like Oberweis, but experiences like this make us hesitant to come back. We hope the quality and care improve in the future.

Very small variety of cakes and didn't even have a bag to carry the cake...and it was only midday!!

Ordered a vanilla scoop and cookie dough scoop in a waffle cone, and the cookie dough icecream tasted like it was melted and froze again it had a very weird icy texture

Absolutely, horrible customer service,came in last Saturday was absolutely disgusted with how dirty the back of the area where the ice cream prepared was.
Maybe the manager a younger girl talking about how she can’t wait to go home to sleep. Everyone kind of walking around, not knowing what to do piles of people everywhere the line in the drive-through was atrocious. People were walking out because the service was Incredibly slow.
Definitely will only be going to Dairy Queen by my house from now on absolute nightmare!

This used to be our favorite chocolate shake. This was the second time in 4 weeks that this place was a disaster!! Will NEVER go there again. We waited 35 minutes for 1 caramel and 3 chocolate shakes. First they brought out 1 caramel and 1 vanilla. Advised of the error it literally took another 13 minutes to get the other 2 chocolate shakes that were not chocolate at all. I pointed it out and no one took responsibility. My husband was so frustrated at this point because we were also trying to go pick up a pizza that was cold by the time we got there to pick it up. I took pictures but can’t upload them. $35 and most of it wrong. Not enough help! Not enough training! No supervision! So very disappointed!!

Best Ice Cream parlor.

On vacation, never been here before. So happy we stopped for ice cream. Everything on the menu sounded great (kind of overwhelming in a good way), but after confessing it was my first time there, the nice guy at the counter said take my time, he understood. A couple of questions later, order complete. A yummy way to wrap up the day. Thank you to Drake for being excellent, personable, and all around likeable guy. Well done.

Avoid this location at all costs. The customer service is nonexistent. I reached out to them via their personal email to talk to them about my most recent experience, rather than blasting my negativity about this location all over social media....The reply email I got back was borderline laugh out loud worthy/insulting.

Everyone is so nice and they are always working hard ❤️ plus oberweis ice cream is the best!

Excellent and delicious selection of ice cream flavors

I visited Oberweis on 08/04/2025 around 1:30 p.m. , and while the products were as expected, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff didn’t greet me upon entering, and there was no acknowledgment or thank you after my purchase. It felt like they were just going through the motions. A little friendliness would go a long way in improving the overall experience.

Came here for a sweet treat with my boyfriend on 8.3.25 after dinner (a bit before 8pm) and had an outstandingly horrible experience, which is so disappointing cause any other oberweis i have been to has been welcoming and enjoyable.

Walked in with no greeting, stood in line behind some customers buying milk, had Char walk off on them to go clean up in table, go back to the register to sort them out, and then walk off to the next register without saying anything and stared at nothing until we asked if we were ordering at that station or the one we stood at. Swear we waited at least 10 mins until we were achknowledged.

Asked for a scoop of the campfire s’mores ice cream and was met with a blank stare and a monotone “we don’t have that” even though it’s on the menu… Horrible attitude and experience. Saw the employees in the back dealing with drive thru and making orders, but even some leadership would have made it a better experience. Delete and start over.

I can get having a bad day or bad shift, but to carry that attitude with you and not being able to put it aside is unnecessary in the world of customer service. Begging for management to do better.
