I am not a great ice cream lover. But, this oberweis ice cream has tied up. Best ever ice cream in the planet.
The best ice cream in Chicago.
So disappointed to see a hair in the Ice cream purchased from Oberweis, Naperville on Route 59. We do not expect such a quality from Oberweis. Looks like the facility or factory at which Oberweis products are made are not following hygiene standards. This was found in the Quart package.

Somethings just don't change. Just had a very delicious butter pecan milkshake. So very yummy 😋.

Great ice cream, poor service. I waited 20+ minutes for a hand packed quart. Only 1 person working.
Good classic shakes
The ice cream was delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming with chess sets ready for customers to sit and enjoy a game while savoring their ice creams. A very nice touch! A clean and well maintained establishment. Looking forward to going back there again sometime.

I ordered a shake, then watched what appeared to be the shift manager blow his nose with a tissue, not wash his hands, then continue making orders for the drive through. Let’s just say I threw out my shake because I lost my appetite.

Great ice cream, service is slow tho and the prices are basically ripping off the customer. Why don't u appreciate the customer???
This is the best ice cream store around! Last night they had a fundraiser for a nearby elementary school - and the staff were hustling and clearly working hard. The front cashier Laurel was especially friendly and welcoming - even in such a hectic environment! Besides the great staff - the ice cream here is always delicious- whether it’s just a scoop or one of their yummy creations.
