I ordered a shake, then watched what appeared to be the shift manager blow his nose with a tissue, not wash his hands, then continue making orders for the drive through. Let’s just say I threw out my shake because I lost my appetite.

Great ice cream, service is slow tho and the prices are basically ripping off the customer. Why don't u appreciate the customer???
This is the best ice cream store around! Last night they had a fundraiser for a nearby elementary school - and the staff were hustling and clearly working hard. The front cashier Laurel was especially friendly and welcoming - even in such a hectic environment! Besides the great staff - the ice cream here is always delicious- whether it’s just a scoop or one of their yummy creations.

I have NEVER had a bad experience at this location. I appreciate the employees who obviously work very hard at this location. Kudos to Ivy, that girl works, is pleasant, and makes my day when she serves me.
