If you like incompetent staff, rude workers and an even refer manager than this is the place for you! Order dinner for 4 to dine in. After 20 minutes of waiting, I go to the counter and see a pick up bag with my name on it. I told the preparer (white hair with a pink ponytail) this order was supposed to be done in and she retorted you have to wait we are busy and have other customers to take care of. Ordered through GrubHub bc it said Free Delivery. Panera tacked on a delivery charge anyway and said nothing they could do. Almost $20 for half a sandwich and a tiny salad. Not happy.
