Panera Bread

Panera is up to their old tricks again,! The take out salads are so small now like before. Not worth the money. It just doesn't make since. They did this once before. Maybe they thought we would forget! Nope! Panera is expensive! I want my money's worth and this was not it!

Then my order was wrong. I asked for broccoli cheese soup and got Mac and cheese instead. I lived too far to take it back. Further it tastes like the Kraft Blue Box Mac and cheese. Definitely doing the drive through. I will take my money down the street to establishments that value take out customers hard earned money.

The third time where I’ve came and picked up a Uber Eats order and they had me wait 5-20 minutes each time and all times the order was ready the whole time I was waiting without my knowledge even after showing the name the first time this happened

I haven’t tasted the food in panera bread cos they don’t serve Halal food, I like coffee and other beverages.

Legit so slow, the employees don’t even acknowledge you. A simple “be right with you” wouldn’t hurt. I waited 15 minutes in line and another 30 for my order absolutely insane. Get more employees if it’s that bad.

Too loud, people bringing in own food taking up tables, a lot of people not eating or drinking taking up tables and business people too loud.

This review is about the service. We are fans of Panera and have been coming here once a week for years. As of late, the counter service has been terrible. We consistently have to stand and wait for an employees finally come take our order. No one ever apologizes and they usually act put out to have to take our order. We watch employees take out trash and other chores while we stand there and no one even acknowledges we are there even though they are standing nearby. If you are too busy doing other chores and ignore customers then why are we here? Logically, someone should be assigned to watch the counter for customers and greet them. Very poor customer service.
And, we had to wait a long time for our order,which we were eating in the restaurant. Too much emphasis on takeout orders and not on live customers in this facility. Very disappointing.

I don’t normally write reviews but this Panera caught me off guard 😭.
I ordered half a sandwich, the one with chicken, chipotle aioli and avocado.
it had the most STINGIEST amount of meat I’ve ever seen on a sandwich , even though on the ads you can see the meat popping out the sandwich. The avocado is what got me writing the review, I opened the sandwich and there was ONE slice, not even a “slice” it was like a tiny ball for the whole sandwich and I was like girl be for real. The people are nice but the sandwiches were depressing. I mean cmon, almost 10 bucks for a half and you get mainly just bread.

On the other hand, the creme brûlée coffee, was so so watered down, I still drank it cause I like coffee regardless but there was no taste of vanilla, crème brûlée NOTHING.

I was gonna post a picture but ya girl is fat and I ate the whole thing. Again flavor was good, really good but the portion got me crying.

I’ll still come back though but the sandwiches this time was sad :(

I ordered food for my family from this establishment. There was hair in one of the sandwiches. I called to complain about it because this is absolutely disgusting and one of their managers Areli - said sorry and asked me do I want a $10 refund or credit on my account. With absolutely zero compassion or care in her voice. I told her how disappointing this is and what kind of unsanitary conditions is the food being prepared and that her mere $10 refund is not a good solution to a customer who didn’t get to eat because of this. To that, with an attitude she asked me what do I want. I further told her I will not be ordering from here again and then she proceeded to tell me & I quote “that’s fine”. I hung up and came here to write this review. Absolutely appalling behavior and sorry to anyone that feels sick after seeing this photo with hair wrapped in this bread 🤮

I visited this Panera twice, about 1 - 2 weeks ago.

Long story short, day 1, I had a 5 star experience. So, I came back the following day. My scrambled egg and cheese sandwich, literally, tasted like boiled eggs.

Not only had this NEVER happened before at any food establishment, but it’s unacceptable. It didn’t agree with my stomach either, and I haven’t been back to ANY Panera Bread since.

Over the last 2+ years, I’d purchase breakfast from Panera, literally, everyday, spending $10+ every time. However, no 2 Paneras taste the same. There isn’t a “consistent” taste, so you never know what you’re going to get at any of the Paneras. You have to “test your luck,” almost.

Although I don’t eat at McDonalds or other national food chains frequently, at least the taste will be somewhat “consistent” across the board. Hopefully Panera improves upon this .
