Stopped in for dinner one night while driving through the area. The restaurant was clean and bright. I had the chicken bacon rancher and wild rice soup, while my wife had a BLT and tomato soup. Both dinners were excellent and were served quickly.

I recently visited Panera Bread in Naperville and had a wonderful experience. The location is in a nice neighborhood, making it easily accessible, with convenient parking and comfortable seating arrangements. This place is just incredible, 3 out of 3 times I went there to grab sandwiches, they make my or my gf order wrong. First and third time we got completely wrong sandwich. Second time was customization was not correctly made. It feels even stupid to go back in to tell them. First time they sent us a gift card but that’s not the point. MAKE ORDER CORRECTLY IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Worst coffee I have ever had. Ordered an Americano and it tasted like dirty water. The caffe latte was not as good as at other locations. Food took about 20 min to be done even though it was just 2 toasted bagels and the store was not busy. Do not recommend and will not be back.

Unfortunately I have to rate the food with one star, the first time that has happened to me at Panera Bread, I ordered 2 sandwiches, one different from the other, they gave me 2 different ones than the ones I ordered, and on top of that, the amount of spiciness they added was too much, I couldn't eat it, I'm allergic to spicy food. Neither sandwich said spicy.

Ever since Covid, things have changed at Panera. More of a self serve either placing your order on line for pickup at drive thru or in the store. Very little customer contact. Hot sandwich was good but small. Bear Claw was good. Beverages were good.
