Food was ready and tasted fine. However, the vibe was terrible. I walked in and no one said anything. Workers are having a conversation, walked back and forth in front of me and said nothing. And it wasn't because they didn't see me, as I am 6 ft 290lbs. And the only customer in the store. It wasn't until I gave a stern look that I was acknowledged. And then it was no thank you, sorry about that, etc.... Felt very rude and entitled. I never even write food reviews. This is my first one. Smh. My first and last time going to that Papa Johns.

The Naperville, Illinois Papa John's location has closed permanently. I could tell something was happening as the food and service has been terrible the past month. Like the manager just didn't care. Hard to believe that in a city of 150,000 people just outside of Chicago there is NO Papa John's now.

Ordered from this location for years (and dealt with the occasional mistakes and cold pizza) because we moderately enjoy papa johns and we did not like any of the competitors. NOW all of a sudden they wont deliver to our area any more. I am guessing this is why papa johns is on their way out of business. They just lost a customer who spent a few hundred dollars there every year.

Closed temporarily according to a sign on the Aurora location, but no signage here. Also, no start date on the sign left on the Aurora location, so it's hard to tell when it will be open again. I tried calling the number, and I got the "number has been disconnected" message. Not good enough.
If you want your pizza warm, cut, and in a timely manner, don't order from here. I've given them two tries and both times my pizza has taken an unreasonable amount of time. (99-120 minutes). One time I put it in as a future order and it was still late...
