Requested food for 4:45. The app said it was ready by 4:20 when I happened to look. No idea what time it was actually ready. My husband picked it up at 4:35 and said it was already sitting out with workers just staring at their phones. I called to complain because it tasted like it had been sitting out forever. I was told the app was wrong and it wasn’t ready early. Well my husband was home with it by at the time I requested it to be ready so clearly jot the case. Rude management. Second time we got Papa John’s but we will return to Dominos instead for hot and fresh pizza.

I wish I could give them a ZERO. I placed an online order on Wednesday night, intending to pick it up at 5 PM on Thursday, but accidentally forgot to adjust the pickup time. When I arrived at 5 PM on Thursday, I realized my mistake — but I was still willing to take the pizza, even if it had been sitting for a while. However, the staff told me the order had already been picked up. That’s simply not true — no one else could have picked up my order. When I asked for any proof that it was collected, they refused to provide any and offered no apology or understanding whatsoever. The owner could have at least been honest or tried to make it right. Instead, I was met with rudeness and zero accountability.
If you value honesty and customer service, and want to make sure you have your order there, avoid this place. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — there’s a Domino’s right next door that actually treats customers with respect.

Urgent Refund Request – Undelivered Order

Dear Papa John’s Customer Service,

I am writing to formally request a refund for an order I placed on 03.21.2025 at this store. Unfortunately, I mistakenly entered the store’s address instead of my own, and when the delivery driver called me at 3 am, he informed me that the store was closing and that I would receive a refund the next day. However, when I followed up, I was told that no refund would be issued.

I paid for this order in good faith, but I never received my food or the refund that was promised to me. I have already attempted to resolve this with the store, but they have refused to refund me. I kindly ask that Papa John’s corporate step in and process my refund within 3 business days!

If this matter is not resolved, I will have to dispute the charge with my bank and escalate the issue to consumer protection agencies. I would prefer to resolve this directly and amicably. Please confirm when my refund has been processed.

Food was ready and tasted fine. However, the vibe was terrible. I walked in and no one said anything. Workers are having a conversation, walked back and forth in front of me and said nothing. And it wasn't because they didn't see me, as I am 6 ft 290lbs. And the only customer in the store. It wasn't until I gave a stern look that I was acknowledged. And then it was no thank you, sorry about that, etc.... Felt very rude and entitled. I never even write food reviews. This is my first one. Smh. My first and last time going to that Papa Johns.
