Uncle and Auntie who run the shop are the most polite and soft spoken people i have met. The food is tasty and they prepare with love and care.
So far tried the wraps, the tea and the bun.
Very calm place to hang out.

I’ve always loved PappaRoti and used to visit the one in the city all the time. Since that location closed, I’ve been looking for other spots in IL and finally found one in Naperville. I happened to be in the area and even drove an extra 15 minutes just to stop by.

Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. They were out of their signature bun because of a large online order, but the person at the register asked if I could wait 10 to 15 minutes to see if they could make more. I didn’t mind waiting, so I ordered a grilled chicken wrap to enjoy in the meantime. The wrap looked fresh and hot from the outside, but the moment I took the first bite, the chicken inside was completely frozen.

I told the staff, and he offered to reheat it, but at the same time I noticed two other workers preparing buns without gloves. They had hairnets, but they were still touching food with bare hands. It looked like a small family-run operation, but the lack of basic food handling practices was really unprofessional.

Overall, it was a really disappointing visit, especially for a brand I genuinely love. I hope they improve their food quality and hygiene standards because this location has potential, but the experience was far from what I expected.

When we went there was no one there, it was dark, and I ordered a milkshake and saw him put water in my milkshake. When I asked him why he put water he said they always do to make it more liquidy “or else it’s like a smoothie”. Then I told him you would put milk, then he was going back and forth with me and offered to make another one or give me ice cream. I was out off and just walked out.

I’ve tried Papparoti in the UAE before, and now I finally tried the one in the US .. just as delicious and satisfying .. So yummy.

Terrible service. The waiter seemed visibly frustrated even though there were hardly any customers. He was even rude to my little kid. The food was average too and even my coffee was barely warm

Papa Roti Restaurant at Naperville is one of the Favourite Tea / Coffee / Breads/ shakes etc for Indian/ Pakistani/ Other Asian residents here. Visited yesterday with Family & Relatives. Ordered bread/ coffee/ chai . All were nice. Hanging place for morning & evening tea.

Nice atmosphere, clean, and big. Great place for a sweet treat with tea or coffee. I got the Signature Bun with the Karak Tea. It was delicious. We will be back.
