I called by phone asking for a cake and they told me that there were many in stock and it was not necessary to reserve them. When I arrived 1 hour later there was nothing left and they did not want to prepare any more cakes.

In an Asian food court with Korean, Chinese, and Japanese restaurants. Paris Baguette is always a good coffee house and bakery. They have great pastries, cakes, and coffee. They use are not sugary, but are flavorful.
NOTE: The later you are, the more likely they are to run out of pastries.

It was my second time picking up a cake order from the store at the HMart ( Naperville, IL). This place has great customer service topped with genuine smiles and attention to customers’ needs.
After debating whether or not to try their hazelnut coffee, the tall black girl (super nice , sorry I can’t remember her name) suggested giving me a sample to help make my mind for next time.
Let me tell you, #Bomb.hazelnutcofee.parisbaguette. I sure will be back.

Pastries were decent but I probably will not be going back. The staff are just plain lazy and rude. I had asked for my pastries to be wrapped separately as they were not going to the same place but when I had seen she had wrapped them together and asked them again to be wrapped it separately, she handed me an extra bag and walked away. Crazy to expect a customer to do your job but okay. Not to mention a male worker was openly eating on top of the pastry display. As I have worked in food, I know that is unprofessional and also, most importantly, a health code violation but I guess the employees don’t really seem to care.

I was incredibly impressed with how Lizzy handled a large rush of customers on her own. What really stood out was how she apologized to each and every customer for the wait, always with a polite demeanor and a smile. Absolutely priceless!
On top of that, Paris Baguette offers such high-quality, soft bakery items that pair perfectly with Lavazza coffee. I highly recommend it!

The place doesn’t really open at 9am. I went there couple times in the morning and I always find people waiting because online it says it opens at 9am but it doesn’t until 10am
So I think they need better packing for take out. My croissant got squeezed with the other pastries. No box was provided. An Utter disappointment. The fruit fell off the pastries. Just putting everything by itself in a plastic bag is not sufficient.

Delicious, Delicious, Delicious! Omg! I will always make sure to buy the cakes , bakery stuff and pastries from here from now on. We happen to stumble on this gem and were not disappointed at all. Infact , if you would like to try a piece of cake that's way better than the regular just sugar cakes ,trust me , this is the place. Their cakes are so soft and perfect flavor and let's not forget , Fresh!!. If you find one in your area, I would highly recommend your go and try their cake or croissant!

This is the only pastry shop in Naperville I'm aware of that offers Asian ingredients and flavors. Items tend to sell out quickly, so it's best to arrive early to get your favorites. It's situated inside the food court at H-Mart. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. The cakes are beautifully decorated – I'm for sure going to order my next birthday cake from here! The croissants are exceptional, and anything containing red beans captures the authentic taste of Asia.
