This is my third visit to the location, we visited on Easter Sunday. There was a decent amount of pastries. There could have been a larger selection for visiting at 11:30. I’m not really a fan of the matcha used in baking. It tastes not that great and its color is pale green. I purchased a matcha latte and it tasted very bad, as if the milk was old and the matcha was exposed to air and lost its flavor. It was more expensive than Starbucks and far cheaper quality. I will not get another drink here, but the bread was pretty good. Great for its price, just needs more quantities to sell even more.

Conveniently located inside HMart next to the food court. Grab a tray and use the tongs to reach in and select your own pastries which can go fast. Everything I have ever tried has always been fresh, tasty, and amazing. Pricey but worth it in every way. Gorgeous cakes of all sizes and types were ready for purchase. You can see cakes being decorated through the window which is fun. The breads (raisin & milk loaves) are larger-sized /taller than regular bread and pre-sliced into 9 slices. Very fresh and tasty. The egg custard buns are fluffy and light, as well as the sugar buns. The beautiful little fruit tortes are absolute perfection.

I'm reluctant to give this local branch 1 star because their cakes are actually delicious. However since they don't make their cakes onsite and provide their service onsite - this is why I am giving them 1 star:On 8/8 we ordered a cake via phone. The employee processed card payment via phone and we were told the cake would be ready for pick up 8/10 late morning. No order confirmation number was provided.On 8/10 11:15am I arrived at the counter and spoke with two employees - a female with glasses and a male. They could not find any record of our order and we're ready to take a new one but that would have. Delayed our cake and we would have been charged extra.We were able to get a screenshot of the charge off of our credit card statement to prove the order was processed by them. I thought it was unprofessional that they lost our order and doubled down on the phone order process. I was told a manager would call us back 3-5 business days. It's been two weeks with no call.8/25/2023 update:I've emailed the Paris baguette email the owner responded with below. I will update within a week if I hear back or not.9/5/2023 update: I have followed up twice to the customer service email and have no response. I stand by my review and experience written above.
Not sure if it's because of the time I came here (evening) but I was appalled by the lack of selection this place had! I'm from nearby Toronto and I've been to their Paris Baguette and I have no idea how this location even exists. There were only one or two pastries and/or cakes to choose from which is just sad. And on top of that, the service here is rather on the rude side. The rainbow cake I purchased was also very expensive. While it was good, I don't think they need to charge what they do here.If you still wish to check this place out, do so, but don't come to me saying I didn't warn you about what to expect about this place.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Paris! The moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a friendly, guy with a beard who provided exceptional service throughout my visit. The pastries were simply heavenly – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I can't wait to return. A definite must-visit for people with a sweet tooth.
