We love it here! It is so incredibly clean! The lighting is bright and the atmosphere is so joyful! The variety of toys here is unbelievable! My two-year-old grandson had so much fun. We definitely will be back! The area is very well supervised by staff and parents. Also, I absolutely love the music playlist! My grandson kept wiggling and dancing to the happy music! Lots of Disney, Pharrell Williams, and other popular songs from family movies!

Infants under a certain age are free, so that is nice! My son got to explore for free, so we ordered smoothies which were good. I wasn’t sure if my 6 month old would have fun here but he definitely did and had plenty of room to crawl around. I recommend this place, especially if you have a home where there isn’t a lot of room for your baby to explore!

We visited Playroom Two in Naperville and overall had a very nice experience. The place is beautiful, well-designed, and a great space for children to enjoy. I’m giving it 4 stars because while it has a lot of potential, there are a few areas for improvement.
There were three staff members present, but many times they stayed near the entrance talking instead of tending to the play area. This caused some delays in clearing tables and limited effort in keeping the play equipment organized. Unlike other similar playrooms we’ve visited in Cook and DuPage counties, the staff here only began tidying up a few minutes before a scheduled birthday party, rather than maintaining order throughout.
My three-year-old daughter has enjoyed visiting several of these play places, and with some improvements in customer service and attention to detail, I believe Playroom Two could easily become one of the best options in the area.

Great place for your child to have fun. I wish the staff would reinforce the rules more. My child was trampled in the baby (0-36 month) area by a 5 year old. Parent was nowhere in sight and child was not asked to leave area after staff was notified. Was disheartening.

My kids love going to play cafes. We decided to come as a fun thing to do before school starts. my kids had a blast. So many fun little spaces, a lot of space, plenty of seating and clean. The food was excellent, my daughter had the cheese quesadilla and I.had the grilled chicken sandwich. (Chicken sandwich is one of the best I've ever had). I highly recommend and we will be back.

My kids love going to play cafes. We decided to come as a fun thing to do before school starts. my kids had a blast. So many fun little spaces, a lot of space, plenty of seating and clean. The food was excellent, my daughter had the cheese quesadilla and I.had the grilled chicken sandwich. (Chicken sandwich is one of the best I've ever had). I highly recommend and we will be back.

We ordered the $10 chocolate waffle and it was delicious! My shy little baby enjoyed the nice atmosphere and clean environment! First time ever to these type of place, and will look forward to come back again in the future! The servers were amazing, they remembered us when we placed our orders and brought out our food when we forget!

Didn't eat there, food that was seen looked very good. Brought the kiddos for a time to play. Play they did. Non-stop and they enjoyed each play area. The Ball pit in the corner was a big hit.

The place overall is nice. I have noticed updates on the baby/toddler area which has something new. Nothing special but something new is nice. Open space and able to see all the kids is what parents love. The food however- specifically children’s menu is just disgusting and lacking effort. So I have tried the menu about every 6 months we go there. Each time it’s just gross. My child’s words “mama it taste bad”. And I usually finish what he doesn’t. Which is basically the entire plate. The food is definitely heated up in a microwave. Not hot either. The fries are usually still raw so we started to opt for their chips. But the chicken still was not heated up properly. Yes I could easily go and tell them this but I rather try again in the next time I’m there thinking maybe it’s the cook. However I have noticed it was a new cook and same effort on the food. I’m not expecting 5 star cuisine but for the price I’m paying, it should be properly cooked. Next time I will give an in person review if we ever decide to get anything off the children’s menu again. The options for pre packaged snacks are great though.

I’ve been to a variety of play cafes in the area and this one by far is top notch! The drinks and food are delicious and they have a variety of items to choose from for the littles and adults too.
The play space itself is GORGEOUS!! Bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of slides, climbing structures, and engaging activities to keep little ones entertained. My son absolutely loves it here, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!
I also love that they offer a rewards program, such a nice bonus for parents who plan to come often! I HIGHLY recommend Playroom Cafe Social to any parent looking for a fun and relaxing time to sip your favorite coffee while watching your littles play! 💕
