We had the cast of the Naperville Central Musical at our house tonight (35 teenagers). We had previously placed an order with a different restaurant, who cancelled on us at the last minute. We called Portillo's on Ogden at 9:30 PM and explained our predicament. They went out of their way to save our evening, and prepared a feast for us on short notice. The food was (as always) excellent and the service was superb. We are grateful to have Portillo's in Naperville!

Never heard them call my order number. Took it upon myself to check an order sitting on the pickup counter. They didn't have time to clean tables but had time to have an employee interrupt people at their tables asking if they wanted to take a survey. Fries were undercooked. Drink was mostly ice. Worst experience I've ever had at Portillo's.

We were visiting from out of town and decided to try it out. The food was very good and I would go back if we were visiting the area again. Beef was as advertised. Peppers and sausage were even better. My wife said the burger she ordered was very good. It looked like a good-sized burger that would be filling on its own. Onion rings were crispy and delicious. Recommend giving it a try.

Went to the drive-thru today order my food try to pay only to be told they don't take cash in a drive-thru. I was very disappointed Left without food. On a plus side I went to Culver's drive-thru they take cash got my burger there.

What an amazing experience. I was there in one day and came back on the following day. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is an unique experience. The hotdogs made with chillis, meat and sausage are the best with cheddar cheese as a side. Amazing experience and now it’s one of my favorite places in US.Parking: Many lots.
